Order your skewers on a QR code. Fun and cute concept! No mess because they cook the skewers for you. They also have karaoke!

Came here with friends for a dinner outing Pros - friendly staff and quick service. Wide variety of options. Good drink specials. Cons - meat portions were small and felt like most of the volume of the dishes was the dried peppers. The price was a bit high for the amount of meat we got from the skewers. Decent place for introduction to skewers but I think they can do better with portion sizes and pricing.

Been craving Asian-style skewers for a minute, so when I spotted this spot off Flamingo, I had to check it out. Service was friendly and attentive, and there were plenty of skewer options--from beef to veggies. The seasoning was pretty much the same across the board, but still tasty and satisfying. They even had an all-you-can-drink beer deal at a solid price--though I'm not sure I could handle that many rounds. Great late-night hangout for brews, bites, and good company. Will def be back!

Ace King BBQ is my go-to spot for Chinese-style BBQ. The seasoning on the skewers is just right, flavorful without being overwhelmingly spicy. The lamb, pork belly, and enoki mushroom always hit, and they even have sweet toast on skewers! They also serve some unique dishes you don't see everywhere, like lamb ribs, tin foil duck blood, and clams with vermicelli. Super flavorful and perfect for sharing or just indulging all by yourself. Service is always quick and super accommodating. They're open until 2am, so whether it's a late-night craving or post clubbing grub, Ace King always comes through. Ambiance is very bright and colorful. Every table gets to spin their wheel to win something free. If you're lucky, you can even win to sing karaoke for the entire restaurant! Check it out!

    04/06/2025 - Beef Throat Skewer $2.49

We got to check out Ace King BBQ earlier this month. They took over the Indian spot that was there before. We arrived at opening, which was 5 pm since we had a large party of 10. This is what we mostly tried: * Shredded Potato Salad $8.99 - This is a sweet and sour dish and it's really flavorful. We would definitely order it again. * BBQ Lamb Skewers $4.99/2 - This skewer was the favorite of all the skewers we ordered. * BBQ Beef Tendon Skewer $2.99 * BBQ Chicken Feet Skewer $2.49/2 * BBQ Beef Tongue Skewer $3.99 * BBQ Beef Tendon Skewer $2.99 * BBQ Beef Skewers $4.99/2 * BBQ Beef Throat Skewer $2.49 - This one was a new one for us as we haven't seen in offered elsewhere. * BBQ Tofu Skin Skewer $2.99/10 * Finger Beef with Butter and Garlic $18.99 - The garlic was the best part about this dish. Some of the beef cubes were a bit tough. * Exploding Rice Cake $9.99 - Be careful as the inside molten brown sugar will burn your tongue off. But once you let it cool a little, it's a really yummy dessert. We would order this again. We had a few hits and quite a few misses. Many of the skewers were dried out and tough. A bit hard to eat for quite a few. There was also some major inconsistencies with timing of food. Our party of four received most of our dishes really quickly, but the rest of the group was waiting a good while for their skewers. The warming tray uses a couple of tealights, and depending on how much wick is exposed, it doesn't really keep your skewers warm much. We did have a few that we really liked and would come back just for those items - the lamb skewers, the potato salad, the beef throat, and the exploding rice cakes mainly. We would be open to trying some of their non-skewer dishes though. One thing I really appreciated was that they allowed us to have individual checks since we had four different parties. It was pretty seemless since we each ordered under our own QR code, so there was no mixup of that portion. The fun part was getting to spin the wheel and seeing what prizes we each got. The prizes can be anything from a free soda to a discount off your next visit. That's a nice element to have.

New Place, New Place!! When this restaurant first popped up on my page, I thought is one of those Chinese BBQ, like Roast Pork, Roast Duck place, but is not, is like one of those real BBQ place. I went on Feb 14, Valentines night, the place was packed, I turned around, went back the next night. This type of restaurant I'm counting is like 4th of them here in Vegas, the place is small, so is easy to fill up, I'm estimated maybe 30-40 seating, but when is full, the place will look packed. I ordered the noodles, which is delicious and also few chicken wings, beef, lamb on the sticks, I took pictures for all of you, all are very good. Now because of their soft opening, you get multi gifts, like discount for next time, stuff like that. I think I got a card says I will receive 15% discount next time, I'm not 100% sure, because the guy telling me while he speaking mandarin and my mandarin is like 50%. lol I will find out next time I got back Go now before they give out all the goodies They open from 5pm to 2am for now

We really enjoyed the BBQ skewers here--everything was delicious and full of flavor. The self-ordering system is convenient; you place your order on their website and the staff brings the food to your table. The ambiance was a bit loud, but overall it's a great little spot if you're craving tasty BBQ skewers BUT it's a little pricy. For 5 people we spent over $300.

    Grilled oysters, corn, squid

Came in at 7:30 PM on a Friday night and we (2) were seated immediately. Seating area is quite small, so during busy hours I do think there would be a wait. You order and view the menu on your phone by scanning the QR code located on the table. We ordered lamb skewers, tofu skin, corn, grilled oysters, squid, hot and sour noodles. Portion sizing was ok, and pricing comparable enough to other skewer restaurants in town. Flavors for all skewers were very similar to each other, lamb skewers were quite fatty, tofu skin were nicely flavored and spicy but very small and just squares (wish they were longer strands instead), grilled oysters were topped with a ton of garlic and still had some sand in a few of them, squid was grilled nicely and chewy (my favorite from our order), and hot and sour noodles were nice and flavorful but not as spicy as I had expected. Food alone I would have given 3 stars, but we had a stomachache and diarrhea almost immediately after returning home. That day I had only eaten fresh food I had made at home. I am quite cautious about accusing restaurants of serving bad food especially new ones, but I do encourage you to be cautious when dining here.

This place is not for the weak. Especially for very young or very old. It's either too spicy, salty, or both. I would have preferred to heat the skewers at the table like many asian bbq places but they cook it in the kitchen and bring it out ok the warming plates. The flavor is there but I did not enjoy eating here.

    Spicy fried chicken

Came in on Wednesday around 5:30pm and was seated immediately. The place is pretty small but is still nice. You order all your food through a QR code link on the table. For the skewers, we ordered BBQ Chicken, small lamb, beef tongue, BBQ Beef, and gizzard. All skewers were 5/5 except the gizzard. The gizzard tasted a bit tough but all other meats were extremely tender. The skewers come out cooked. No need to heat/cook on the grill they provide. The fried rice was solid. It's fried rice so can't really expect much. We decided to try the spicy chicken because it was on sale for $8.99 and it was good, but I wouldn't pay full price for it. It was a bit tough but the taste was great. Would definitely come back but only order the skewers and rice!

    Diana M.

The food was excellent, although it took a while to prepare. They specialize in skewers but they also have other tasty items in the menu. The ambience is great for a night out with friends and family, service was good but it took a while to get our check.

Ace King BBQ was for flavorful Chinese-style BBQ! We were at weekend dinner , tried a variety of skewers (lamb, beef, chicken), grilled oysters, spicy duck blood, and the fried sticky rice dessert--most dishes were delicious and packed with bold flavor. That said, the seasoning leans heavy--salty and spicy--so it may not be the best for young kids or anyone who prefers lighter flavors. Definitely better suited for spice lovers! Portions are on the smaller side, especially if you're sharing. If you're coming with a group, I recommend ordering at least two main dishes or more sides to feel full. The food is prepared in the kitchen and brought out hot, so it's not DIY grilling like some other BBQ places--which we didn't mind. Service was fast, and everything came out fresh. Overall, a flavorful and fun experience that's great for a small group dinner. Just come hungry and ready for bold tastes!

They weren't busy at all, which is expected. Since there were five of us, we did try a good portion of their menu, including drinks. There were food items that weren't available that night since they were revamping their menu, which is a bit unfortunate. From the drinks menu: Pink Slip - Light and refreshing with a tad of fruitiness. Orange Overdrive - Lighter and more tropical version of a Mai Tai. Octane Fluff - Smooth and silky with a bit of sweetness. Pit Lane Passion - Fruity Petal to the Metal - Refreshing and sweet, the Kettle One Botanicals gives it a nice floral element Tokyo Drift - Strong, grassy, and gritty. My favorite out of all the drinks was the Octane Fluff. It was super delicious and the toasted marshmallow was a nice added touch. My least favorite was the Tokyo Drift -- it had Rihei (ginger sochu), citrus, layered matcha, and apple sake. While it sounded very interesting and looked amazing, it had plenty of potential but unfortunately, I don't think it was executed that well. The matcha used was really grassy and gritty -- I've actually never had matcha that tasted like grass before but whichever one they used, it sure did. The Rihei was far too strong and did not mesh well at all with the matcha. The apple sake was just there. It was like drinking three separate drinks but all at once. From the food menu: Japanese cucumber salad - tangy, refreshing, and slightly spicy. OG burger - delicious, plenty of flavor, and the fries were really good. Japanese curry fries - curry had great flavor but I did wish it had some meat. Wings - we tried both the guava heat and the miso honey. The guava heat was my favorite, it was sweet with a small kick. Their wings were juicy and super plump, which was great. Shoyu butter pretzel - pretty normal. Nothing special to be honest. Service is a tad slow mainly because the establishment started to fill up and they don't have a dedicated server to the tables. It was fine for us but if you get impatient, that is something to note. Prices are reasonable for the food but it is a tad high for the drinks. They do have a happy hour as well but it doesn't start until 11PM, which is super unfortunately. I would love to see a reverse happy hour sometime for them cause I simply cannot eat that late. I'm honestly pretty impressed with our first visit. It's very rare where I find a bar where I like almost all the food AND the drinks. Everyone in my party would agree as well. They are actually expanding their hours to include brunch on Saturday and Sundays. We can't wait to go back again. Definitely recommend.

I will say the prices are a little steep, but this isn't someplace you are likely to come to on a regular basis, so I can excuse it. (And if you do like the vibe and come often, you can always get non tiki drinks cheaper.) Upon setting foot, you are easily transported into a newfound universe, a reimagined Victorian Era, should it be powered by steam rather than electricity. A sense of mischief within every corner, down to the cocaine chambers, which explicitly discourages patrons from summoning demons. Should malevolent entities roam the streets of Sin City, I have nothing to do with such necromancy. Beyond the aesthetic, the service elevated all else. Amanda, our bartender, was effortlessly charming, sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable in a sense that every recommendation she had for us felt as though it were a present rather than a suggestion. I jokingly told my mates that every time she checked on our table, I felt as if I shed new skin as her amiable, warm presence baptized me. As if she had not graced us enough, she surprised us with a tofu cheesecake layered with raspberries and strawberry sauce, alongside extra beverages. All of which were indulgent, balanced, and quite the delicacy. The general manager, Will, was holstered with identical cordiality as he checked on us in a sincere manner and even offered us their house-made taco sauce. 'twas a minuscule gesture that highlighted our vegan tacos as it was a supplemental, bright-nuanced depth to an already astute dish. Chef Kario's taco flight read as though 'twas a Pulitzer Prize-winning culinary narrative. The jackfruit barbacoa had a smoky, yet sweet profile. The mushroom with brown mole had an earthy heat. The cabbage with notes of pumpkin (?) was bright, textural, and slightly nutty. Each piece was grounded by their house-made tortillas that were tender, slightly charred, and essential to tying everything together. Furthermore, the drinks deserve their own reverence. Why be present at Sin City shows when liquid entertainment lies before you at The Alchemist? Fountains of Bellagio, take notes. Anyhow, the Matcha Tonic was theatrically poured from a teapot that I forgot I was drinking alcohol considering I casually sipped my beverage as if 'twas an afternoon tea. Perhaps, I am an alcoholic? Do not tell my sponsor.. I mean...mother (?). I digress, the coconut water's sweetness and citrus notes married well with the matcha's savory backbone. Every sip is an invitation to reflect. Moreover, the Lychee Bloom's expressive smoke bubble erupts into a transient aromatic veil and I am promptly magnetized. The lychee conducts with a lavish, fragrant profile whilst the roses offer a floral composure. I relish in a multi-dimensional vibrancy. Where the matcha tonic contemplates, the lychee bloom bewitches. Where there are elixirs, lavatories to conjure up spirits, and AMANDA, I, too, am present.

The charandas incantation was surprisingly tasty although the butter me up was not I love an old fashioned which I thought this would be adjacent to, but honestly it tasted like nothing but alcohol and MAYBE a hint of caramel at the end. Just pretty alcohol forward so it tasted like I was taking a shot the whole time. The other thing that was a little off putting was the fact that they had all these fun cocktails... and they were served in a plain glass with a massive ice cube I think with the name of the Alchemist - I just expected more. Food we got the Peanut noodle cups because honestly the menu was a little confusing. It had Asian, Mexican, American, and Peruvian food all together.... And none of it looked amazing. The Peanut noodles were a little heavy on the fish sauce and kind of hard to eat, but overall ok. I like the idea of here, and I think there is potential. There was a large variety of cuisines it took inspiration from, made better by combining them. The restaurant was more casual than I expected. Lots of families, casually dressed and fairly noisy inside. It seems like a majority of the tables around us were ordering à la carte rather than tasting menu, but I can't speak to how that menu is as we just did tasting menu.

Generous grapefruit rind garnish, definitely boozey, I think I prefer a standard gin martini better, but def a must have if you want to try something different or if you're feeling like James Bond that evening. Wife had the Mint Julep. It included cognac & bourbon & was very stiff, but surprisingly didn't taste of strong alcohol... the sign of a good drink. My wife was riding high the rest of the night. Good lobby bar for stiff drinks. Would def return.

I opted for a comfier lounge chair next to the bar and checked out the menu on the table. When I was ready to order, I went up to the bar. Which, if you've been to bars in general, they happily take your order and you wait and bring the drinks back to your seat. Well not at Vesper. Went up ready to order and the bartender asked where we were seated and said a waitress would come by and that we couldn't order with him. We sat, we waited 15-20 mins and no one came around. We waited long enough and decided it wasn't worth our money. If trying to get an order in was this difficult, can't imagine what the rest of the service is like.

Started off with some chicken wings for the table and they were awesome for starting off the dinner with. Falls right off the bone and the perfect amount of sauce. I then got the tartare which was a nice surprise. I was expecting a more traditional tartare but this was an asian inspired one and it tasted great. The ribeye was perfectly cooked and the sauce and seasoning gave it a good kick without taking away from the flavor of the beef which is hard to find. Once I heard there was crème brûlée I knew I had to get it and it did not disappoint. It was the kind of consistency you want from a good crème brûlée and tasted even better than that. Service was great. One of the tables my party was sitting at was wobbling and they switched it out for us quickly. The restaurant lives up to its name. The vibe it gives off is like a club lounge that you want to have a good time at. I definitely want to go back just to experience some live music there. If you need a place that serves amazing asian fusion then Saffron Lounge is your best bet. I definitely will be going again, especially to try out the ox tail fried rice.

We were at the Rio to see a show, and after the show decided we wanted to keep hanging out there and enjoying. At one of the bars we randomly stopped at on the property before the show, one of the bartenders gave us a buy one get one free cocktail for VooDoo Lounge if we went. And there was no cover charge to get in! Sold! We decided to head up there after the show. This spot is locaed on the 51st (I believe) floor of the hotel but you enter on the second floor and take an elevator up. After a quick check our IDs and search of our bags and whatnot, we were able to take the elevators upstairs. As soon as we got there, I booked it for the outside patio. I mean, come on, you have to! This is really what sold me. WOW! It's STUNNING up there! Amazing views on the Strip unlike anything I've ever seen before. There was also a DJ up there and he was playing great music. For a Friday night, it wasn't super busy, but still really nice. We were able to sit wherever we wanted, as the tables and lounge seating was totally open for everyone to enjoy. We took in the beautiful views and each had a cocktail. Our server was outstanding and did a great job waiting on us. Sadly, we were getting a Vegas thunderstorm underway so the DJ had to stop and security all ushered us inside. Still, nonetheless, this was such a cool experience and one I'll continue to talk about. Definitely go if you can!

It was a Saturday night at 9pm, we were greeted by very friendly staff both downstairs and upstairs. We went out to the terrace to enjoy the view and took over a lounge seating space. The 3 of us ordered a fishbowl which was great but we didn't stay longer because the place was empty and the DJ played the same beat for the entire hour we were there. It's a shame that this has gone so downhill. When I went to the bathrooms I noticed the water damage on the walls and the lack of maintenance so it sealed my fate to not return for a while. This used to be the spot but it's a little scary anywhere in the casino.
