I really love oval diamonds and I've gone to other shops but they had very limited supply of on hand diamonds. With Diamond exchange Dallas I was able to see my diamond in person before it was on my ring. I didn't like my first engagement ring setting and he changed it out for free. I really love the wedding bands too! Roderick gave us a very fair price for the bands + engagement ring!

Mitch and his team were absolutely fantastic, and I cannot recommend them enough. I went in knowing…read morelittle to nothing about how to search for or select the right diamond for an engagement ring. I had been to other stores, but had little knowledge of the process and had received very little help. I was recommended Aura diamonds by a friend, and I couldn't be more thankful! Mitch walked me through his process for evaluating a diamond, he had a large selection for me to look through and get a feel for, and he was very attentive to my interests and ideas. He helped me determine which shape and size would be best based on my descriptions and goals for the ring. I feel lucky that I found the Aura diamonds team! What's most important is that my fiancée is absolutely in love with her ring, and she gets comments all the time on how great it looks. The price was fantastic, the process was easy, and I couldn't be more happy with my experience here. There's no one better!

If I could tell you only one thing about Szor Collections, it would be that their customer service…read moreis exceptional. The best of any company you will ever interact with. Jay is so down-to-earth and easy to talk to, you'll want to be his friend. Every visit I've made to the store is a fond memory (even the times I didn't buy anything). The first time I visited the store, my son was 1.5 years old. I was a little worried about shopping around other people (the first Covid lockdown had just ended), so Jay generously offered to let me come in half an hour before the store opened for a private experience. My son got so anxious and frightened about being in a new environment that he threw up. Jay was unbelievably calm, gracious, and prepared. He had the floor clean in about a minute, and offered coloring books/cookies/toys to my wailing son -- all while reassuring me that he had a son the same age, and wasn't the least bit bothered. Obviously I had to cut this visit short, but Jay offered to text me pictures or videos of any pieces I wanted to see, or to meet another time at an outdoor environment if that would be less stressful for my son. Szor's jewelry selection is thoughtfully curated, and runs the gamut from more feminine to more masculine pieces. Items tend to feature less common materials (opals, moonstone, 24k gold). Designers include Barbara Heinrich, Petra Class, Atelier Zobel, and Denise Betesh. The online shopping experience is also excellent (they put a lot of time into their website and social media), but there are pieces in the store that aren't featured on the website, so it's worth visiting the shop if you can. This is definitely a small business that inspires loyalty, and I recommend them very highly.
