With much of the home-buying process being stressful and tedious, constantly having to track people down and see that processes are completed by various people involved, my experience with Ace Inspection was completely different than the rest of the home buying experience. I was put in contact with Mr. Lindberg, who first reached out to me. He took the time to explain the process, confirm the details of the inspection, and follow up/through on the back end as well, providing the final inspection notes in less than 24 hours after it's completion. Mr. DeStafney, who actually did the inspection, made sure to take the time to thoroughly examine the home and reflect all information in his inspection notes. He was punctual, engaged, cordial, and reliable. He delivered an outstanding service in providing a thorough inspection of my home to-be, reflecting all findings with extensive detailed notes and pictures in his final documented assessment, which was provided quickly after the inspection that I may file it away in my notes, and also pass it along to those needing it for the next line of business in the home-purchasing process... The world we live in, is fixated on instant self-gratification, and as a result, the route most take in this quest is the path of least resistance. I moved from Oregon to Crestview, FL, I was buying a home Sight un Seen. I was told to contact Ace Home Inspections. The process to arrange for the Inspection was Extremely Easy. It was all Done online. They received their payment and the Inspection took place the Next day. During the Inspection the Inspector noticed there was a soft spot under the windows. Upon further Inspection it was determined that the soft spot was riddled with living Termites. This dedication to his job coupled with his experience Saved me from buying this home & Several Thousand Dollars. I was afforded another chance to use ACE Home Inspections, I was buying a house & had them do the Home Inspection, Again the Inspector did his Extremely Intense Inspection. Used Ace for my home inspection. Probably the most expensive in the area, but like anything else you get what you pay for. And when it comes to a difference of $100 bucks on your home inspection compared to your thousands of dollar investment it's worth it. I called to get a quote and spoke with the owner, Walter; he was very informative when he gave me a quote. The report they generated was very easy to read and very user friendly. I called back with a couple question about some items on the report and again I was able to speak with Walter, he took the time to explain some of them items I had questions about, and added more pictures and further description to help me out.
