It was great to finally work with someone who understands doing things the right way the first time instead of some of the slap-dash people we have worked with previously. Highly recommend!

Timberman Roofing did an excellent job on my roof…read more I had seen them working on another home ding roof repairs/shingle replacement. The work force that they had seemed to have gotten the job done quickly with an outstanding looking final product. A few months later a storm hits and I sprung a leak which lead me to reaching out to them to get a quote on a roof replacement. I decided to go with them after calling two other companies. Their timeline for repair beat the others. Due to multiple homes requiring roof repairs, it did take longer than expected to get the materials to my property and then get them installed. When asked, they were reassuring and explained that there was a shortage on getting material to the area and that they were expeditiously working to knock out each home as the material came in. That professional and concise communication was much appreciated as a homeowner customer. Total cost was approximately $7K, which was close to the quoted estimate. I now have that peace of mind knowing that my roof has been repaired and now protected from further water damage barring no crazy hurricane/storm hits the area. I do recommend this business if in need of a roof replacement. They have great communication, reasonably priced, and get the job done in a timely manner.

Family owned and operated and that makes the difference. I had a construction company and worked on many jobs around the U.S having to deal with many different contractors and their crews and that said, I was very impressed with Alex's & Max's crew with A&M roofing. I'm extremely satisfied with their crew who were all nice, respectful and friendly and they all worked great together & were constantly working, no smoking or looking at the cell phones. They even had a crew on the ground that constantly kept up with trash and any stray nails and they completely covered my pool that was close to my home and were careful around my landscaping and flowers. I needed a roof quickly due to a quick sale of the home and the buyer wanting to close in 14 days. I spoke with Alex over the phone and he was able to answerer every question i had, and i always have a bunch and after confirming the great price with Alex and picking the color on Thursday he had the shingles delivered Friday and we were able to arrange his schedule and get me done immediately which in it's self was impressive. They were even willing to come on the weekend to get it done and i told him Tuesday would be fine I wanted to be on site during the job. He was on top of getting the permits done and completed for the sale of the home. Very impressed. The price was great and didn't nickel and dime me. The roof had a sun roof and A&M took it completely out cleaned it up and resealed it completely. i mention this because i have seen "other company's just reroof around them. I told my neighbor and he liked the job A&M did as well and got them to do his roof. He's retired military and likes things done very precisely too. I have a house in Navarre and i'm going to have them do that roof as well. With A&M being family owned you are dealing with the owners and not a bunch of different people, less over head. But with no secretary's or salesmen when you do call A&M roofing you may need to leave a message and Alex will return your call. Differently worth the wait. I was with the crew from start to finish watching the job and rest assure -search no more- A&M is the roofing company you want for your home.

From Fred, the…read moreowner, to Ryan, the general manager, to David, the installer, they were the picture of professional team work focused on quality workmanship & customer satisfaction every step of the way! Their attention to details, cleanup, safety & convenience for people & pets, & simply making their customers feel valued was so obvious in everything they did. I expect good work from those that present themselves as professionals & I got exactly that with Titan. I speak from experience of the worst kind! Earlier, still new to the area, I picked a heavily advertised company with good reviews, that by their very name, gave the impression they were "hometown" type neighbors you could trust. Boy was that a major mistake! After many, many failed attempts to stop the leaking of my new patio roof they had installed, the well known, trustworthy, "hometown" company gave up and walked away. The company refused to refund my money or even to remove the structure that has been described by local electrical companies, Fire Department, & EOC of Santa Rosa Co. as "DANGEROUS" due to the patio ceiling holding water, & on several occasions, leaking water through the then-working ceiling fans and lights. (They eventually quit working but still leak water occasionally!) I have no choice but to seek help through a court of law to force a company to stand behind their word and their workmanship! Due to my on-going, very expensive mistake my daughter chose Titan Sunrooms for her new patio and I followed her example on another project. We both are very satisfied Titan Sunrooms customers. My recommendation is don't make the mistake I made! GO WITH TITAN THE FIRST TIME! Charlotte

I first contacted the company after my pipes started to back up into my house. They sent a plumber…read moreout who started digging holes trying to find where to snake the pipe I believe. I get a phone call from them saying the pipes were bad. When I first bought this house maybe 3 years ago I had some of the piping redone but I can't testify for the person who did the job so I can totally see him doing a so-so job that held up about 3 years. When Brett the owner of Apexxx plumbing and I spoke he recommend some options all over $1,000 and some version of a repipe wether it was complete or partial. I told him I will think about it. I had a second plumber come out and look at the pipes, unfortunately Apexxx plumbing did not leave the pipes properly covered so by the time the second plumber got there they were filled with dirt. His inspection led him to not know if the pipes went bad or if they were broken by the shovel. but regardless the holes were filled with dirt. He quoted me similar to Apexx in options but more in price. I decided to call other plumbing companies just for a quote. The previous guy mentioned was about $1,000 more, the next 2 companies were about double the price of Apexx. so Apexx had the cheapest price and mostly good reviews online. Brett was super polite, friendly, and explained things well. They also offered financing which other companies didn't have. On politeness, price, and payment options a 5/5. Now comes to the actual project. I was given inconsistent timelines. Something always came up and wouldn't be communicated to me. I would have to go hunting between calling, texting Brett and the office. I understand things come up but I think a text or phone call would be nice. I would say the project took twice as long as originally quoted time wise. Now for me this wasn't a big deal I was scared of the uncertainty but my timeline was flexible. If this is a deal breaker for you, you should keep this in mind. The price was still worth it. What's also awesome about them is they had to cut into the concrete and they have their own equipment to do so. So they were able to get into my driveway and pour it back. Again the time line was stretched but it was nice not having to involve another company. My final complaint would be even though they did pour the driveway, they left the previous pieces at my front yard. These pieces are several 1000lbs and only a different company would be able to haul this away. I reached out to Apexx several times and I just received empty promises of coming back to get it. Would I use them again? Sure but I would factor in more into my decision making, such as a flexible timeline and a second company to haul away debris. The pipes are good, they redid the gas and all of it is working great and no problem at all. All this was done financed and the most affordable of the area.
