He called the store on my behalf. Mary was rude, and questioned my installers expertise and knowledge. My installer broke down the pricing for her and said it didn't add up. Mary hung up the phone. So, if you like handing over your hard earned money and getting ripped off. This is your place. Extremely upset that I was taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge of carpet prices. I should have just went to my installers preferred store in Fort Walton Beach.

I had to schedule this with the realtor as I am out of the country. I get a call this evening, less than 24 hours before the appointment, and was told the original guy couldn't do it. That's fine with me. But then the guy who's taking over gets on the phone and condescendingly tells me that if I didn't have my materials picked out, there's no point in them coming by. He obviously didn't want my business anyway. I am stationed overseas and will be relocating in roughly 45 days. I don't know what materials they offer and that was something I was going to inquire about with the original person since I picked out 3-4 styles. But really, he's the expert and therefore, would guide which would look best and last the longest. This second guy I talked to was just a jerk. I told him I would just keep looking for quotes and go with the other companies I contacted. And he just hung up. Seriously, I would rethink using this company!
