Look for the sales via print flyers and their website. Never pay full price because there's almost always a 20-25% off coupon (1 item) along with coupons for free items (limit one per day). Depending on how crowded it is, they'll do a few separate transactions for the 20-25% too, helpful when buying multiple items with higher price tags. Such was the case when I recently bought 3 ton automotive ramps and 3 ton jack stands. Saved over $140 versus Amazon pricing. Time before that, I bought a 9pc ratchet extension set, 3pc ratchet swivel set and magnetic bolt holder for less than $15. Most employees on the floor are helpful and know where items are kept. It's helpful that there are a lot of repeat stock spots. Cashier was super friendly and helpful; even signed me up for e-coupons for future purchases. Shared shopping center parking lot is theoretical spacious but at times crowded right around Harbor Freight. There was no attempt to work collaboratively or explain what was actually needed to move forward. The appointment felt more like blame-shifting than a productive step in the process. Additionally, I felt uncomfortable during this appointment. I was alone in my home, and the way I was spoken to felt condescending and dismissive. I genuinely felt that I was treated this way because I am a woman and was alone at the time. That is completely unacceptable and should never happen in a professional setting. When the installers finally arrived today, they were professional and courteous, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, during the installation, our vent hood was scratched. This is especially upsetting given how long we waited and how much this project has already cost us in time and stress. Now we are left dealing with additional repairs and coordination that should never have been our responsibility. Throughout this process, I reached out to the manager, Olivia, several times. I even contacted designers who said they would email her directly on my behalf. Not once did I hear from her. On top of that, in six months, we have never once heard from Malieka, who took our credit card information and then completely disappeared. There was no follow-up, no communication and no accountability. We are not wealthy people. We saved, planned and chose to invest our hard-earned money into a nice kitchen, and we trusted this company with that investment. After everything we've dealt with, I will never spend another dime here again, and I plan to make sure others know about this experience as well. If Olivia were a true manager, she would have listened, communicated, and addressed concerns. Instead, she did absolutely nothing. This has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever had.

We brought some pictures with us of what we had in mind for our new bathroom and the knowledgable salesperson took us to where we needed to be and spoke to us about the pros and cons of the various types of materials and styles. We learned more in 30 minutes than from all of the books and magazines we poured over for weeks. In addition, F&D is used to working with contractors, so they're open early (7 am) to accommodate. The prices are competitive with anything we saw at Home Depot or Lowe's and the stock, quality, knowledge, and overall service was 1000% better. We made our entire purchase on the spot and they loaded up my truck within 20 minutes. Any material we don't use can be returned for full refund. Pretty awesome. I would recommend this as the go to place for tile and flooring without hesitation!
