When placing an order online, I requested a shipping change: if they could refund their shipping charge (which would have covered standard UPS Ground), they could instead ship using my own UPS account via 2nd Day Air. I followed up with a phone call to confirm and clearly stated that if it was too much trouble, just use their regular ground shipping and ignore the change. Over the phone, they confirmed the order would ship via UPS Ground using their free shipping. However, after the item shipped using my UPS account, I was told they could not refund their shipping cost -- despite the fact that I was eligible for free ground shipping in the first place. I spoke with the same person again, who gave no clear explanation as to why a refund couldn't be issued. This is a small business, not a large corporate chain, yet they act as if they have no flexibility or accountability. This isn't about small $10 shipping charge -- it's about honesty and doing the right thing. They profit by refusing to refund money they shouldn't have charged, and then hide behind a false lack of options. Unprofessional and dishonest. I strongly recommend staying away.

Not a group discount IF I bought or when or what type I chose blah blah blah but David gave me a simple run down of what I told him I wanted and what he had. Simple. No smoke and mirrors like I got at a store in Lexington. And a door that was priced for me on lex was about 1/3 the price for the exact thing. ProVia! So are the windows. David doesn't have a computer or cell due to his religious beliefs but by golly, he was diligent and looked everything up and didn't act put out and I didn't feel like I'd been taken for a ride either. I plan on buying my windows and front door and two large sliders here. This man is kind and calm and honest. If he can't figure it out, he will work with the rep to get what you need. I really cannot say enough about this experience but it was certainly refreshing to meet a decent person to do business with. And I can't wait to get my doors and windows installed-- and into a house!

Tech sent the trainee to the truck to get a spring. they replaced the spring and could not to get the door to work. every time they tried to operate it the cables would come off the pullies. After 2 hours I left to go to the bank, they wanted $250.00 in cash or an extra $30.00 for check or credit card. Finally it worked a couple times, paid and they left. 2 days later same thing happened. They came back with a different trainee. They fooled with the door again for over 2 hours and said the bearings were bad causing the cables to pop off. Said I would need a new door, the owner would get back to me the next day. My door was held closed with. pair of vise grips above a roller and charged me another $75.00 cash of course. After 3 days, on the advice of as neighbor, I called Precision. Their tech came out a couple hours and we discussed the problem. Took him 5 minutes to tell me they had put on the wrong spring annd wrong hand spring. Said it was a rookie mistake. Had it repaired and operating in less than hour. Still working properly 6 weeks later. I returned the improper spring to Cuotom and gave Robin pictures of the whole mess. Asked for my money back as they did not fist the door, damaged it on one corner, lend greasy hand prints Afrocentric the bottom of the door and left cigarette buts in the driveway and half smoked in the garage. If anyone is interested in the pictures, call me 502-565-8274. I gave them a 1 as there in not a 0. Would I recommend them,HELL NO. One thing I for got to mention, after they left the first time, my neighbor across the street cam over and wanted to know what was going on. Said he could hear screaming at each other in his house. As I had been building a wine collection stored mostly in boxes in a cool room in my basement, I…read moredecided my quarantine project at home to keep me busy would be to make a full-on wine cellar with one of my rooms. Wine Cellar Innovations has tons of information on their site on how to start on the project, and it was a lot of fun to clear out the space, insulate it, and get it ready for their racks. The racks themselves were great quality mahogany, and largely assembled. It takes a bit to get the hang of the way they go together, but once you build your first rack, the others go together super easy. They even included an air nailer setup which made it a breeze - I couldn't imagine doing it any other way! They also offer a free design service which I tried (because hey, it's free, why not?), but I wanted to add a bit more complexity to my design, and as you can probably already tell I'm more of a DIY person in that regard anyway, I took on measuring and fitting in components they have available. Everyone I dealt with was excellent, and the only reason it's not 5 stars is that despite them including multiple spare pieces in the racking kits, there were a few pieces that came incorrectly cut from the factory. I contacted them and they sent replacements no questions asked, so it was only a bit of delay in completing the project. Overall, the project came out amazing and I recommend WCI to anyone looking to build wine racks. They're well built and well-priced.
