The store managers are clueless and unprofessional. My mom is an interior designer that has only used Sherwin Williams paints and products for over 30 years, but lately Benjamin Moore is our go to. Recently I called Sherwin Williams to ask if they had acrylic wall size in stock, was put on hold for ten minutes, hung up and called back, then she admitted she didn't know what I was asking. Highly unprofessional. I called Benjamin Moore and the person that answered the call knew immediately what they had in stock and even told me different options available without hesitating. I've given them multiple changes, and every time I leave shaking my head. I'm finally done with this store.

Went back to Steepletons again and asked if they could call Escalade on our behalf since they sell so many to get this resolved. Got the run around - not their issue... Considering that they market themselves on quality and service I would avoid this place completely!!!

I am so disappointed in how I was treated at this store. My family has bought paint from them for…read moreyears. So, naturally when I needed paint for my whole house being built- I took my blueprints and headed to the store. I made sure to let them know that I needed help calculating what I needed. Jim and I spent two hours with the blueprints and I had him check the amounts twice because it sounded like a lot to me. He assured me it was correct. He sold me 5 gallons of primer and 21 gallons of paint for a 1300 square foot home. We ran out of primer halfway through and had to drive an hour back to get more. We have almost 8 whole gallons of paint leftover. We called twice asking if we could return some paint for store credit. He basically told my husband that I was a liar and didn't show him the blueprints and that I told him that I didn't plan to prime the whole space. I am meticulous about my decisions. I explained fully well my plans and trusted that an older gentleman could help me calculate seeing as he'd worked there for a while. We are out about $400 in paint we can now trash and absolutely do not appreciate this man trying to take advantage of a woman just to get more money and sell more paint. So very disappointed that a business would be ran this way.
