I stood at the paint area for 10 minutes and apparently I was invisible because the employee never left his stool at the front of the store. I decided to buy the supplies and go elsewhere for my paint. When I checked out, I was asked if I found everything and responded with a no. The employee still firmly on his stool asked what I needed and I advised I was wanting to buy some paint . The response was, "Oh well, that's the way it goes." No offer to help. I now know that this store is unwilling/unable to meet even the most basic hardware needs. Go elsewhere.

First the employees here at this location are exceptional. They are always friendly and from when you walk in and are greeted it's something most retailers lack. This place has an awesome selections and probably one of the best with grills, accessories from suppliers like Traeger, Meat Church, Blackstone, Camp chef and others...plus their selection of Dewalt power tools and accessories is the best I have ever seen. I have also found the clothing selection and most likely the best Carhart selections and variety in all of retail. With other brands like Ariat and Kuhl as well as many others. I ended up here on a recommendation from another store in Caldwell. The two people wo greeted me two weeks ago at the front registered were very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the direction I needed to be at. This is where I first interacted with Charlie. Charlie took great care to explain my options, show me some examples, and then sent me home with material to make our decision on for new doors. The customer service I received then, and what continued through today is what other places need to learn from. My emails were quickly responded to and no question was left unanswered. Because of this, SunPro gladly received our business. I don't often get down to this part of town since I live several miles away, and yes, there are two decent "box" stores closer to my home, but I will go out of my way to shop here first to support and continue the kind of service I received. They carry what you would normally expect from a lumber and hardware store, but I'm guessing they will go out of their way to make sure whatever it is you're buying is truly what you need or offer alternatives of need be.
