The store is always well kept, stocked shelves, clean, neat, organized and very friendly staff. This location is the exact opposite! What a war zone this location is! Not one associate helping customers the shelves looked like a state of emergency or during Covid. I was in total shock. The amount of out of stock merchandise was out of control. I then went over to the sporting goods section where the most non-helpful employee supplied absolutely no help. The front end workers where to busy BS'ing with each other than helping customer plus the line management was total chaos. The only reason I gave them an extra star was because the one and only older lady that was by the front door said to us thank you, have a great day, and thanks for shopping with us. She was the only hidden gem in this whole place.

When he came home we had been charged $9.99 instead. I called the store and the woman told me that almost always the website is a different price than the in store purchase. Does that mean you don't honor your online prices? After I asked her the question she promptly hung up on me. Had I ordered it online and had it delivered to that location for pickup, I would have paid $7.99. It makes me question whether I should do that in the future rather than going in and buying directly from the store, if they're not going to honor the same prices as the website. The associates were very friendly and helpful so I made the purchase and had delivery set up. The grill came today and I immediately fired it up. To my surprise, it didn't work and gave an error code. I called Ace and they said there was nothing they could do for me and to call Traeger. Traeger went through some troubleshooting which did not fix the grill so they are sending a part for me to fix. So I spent $2000 on a grill that doesn't work and now have to fix myself. Why Ace didn't check the operation of the grill after assembly and before delivery is a mystery. Furthermore, why can't they swap out the defective merchandise for a functioning grill. Not happy with this purchase and customer service.

The two people wo greeted me two weeks ago at the front registered were very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the direction I needed to be at. This is where I first interacted with Charlie. Charlie took great care to explain my options, show me some examples, and then sent me home with material to make our decision on for new doors. The customer service I received then, and what continued through today is what other places need to learn from. My emails were quickly responded to and no question was left unanswered. Because of this, SunPro gladly received our business. I don't often get down to this part of town since I live several miles away, and yes, there are two decent "box" stores closer to my home, but I will go out of my way to shop here first to support and continue the kind of service I received. They carry what you would normally expect from a lumber and hardware store, but I'm guessing they will go out of their way to make sure whatever it is you're buying is truly what you need or offer alternatives of need be.
