They have done a great job for me when I needed glass repairs or window replacements. This business has been very helpful and does quality work. I had 3 windows replaced on the north side of my home with tinted glass for privacy and these windows had to be custom build for the openings. Again, a flawless job from Superior Glass I need to add that Superior has replaced several windshields for us over the years along with chip repairs at a very reasonable cost for these jobs.

The service dept left me a message that I could pick it up. NO CHARGE!!!!! It seems the warranty from the manufacturer was still valid. I had no clue. They could have charged me hundreds and I would have paid it. The people who work here are friendly, knowledgeable and HONEST!!!! They have me for life! I'll probably pay a little more for hardware, tools etc, but people who own small family businesses should be supported, ESPECIALLY when their customers are local and sick of supporting mammoth-sized monopolies who couldn't give a rats ass about customer service or satisfaction!!! They have many locally made items as well as some new, vintage pieces, specialty foods, home decor items and so much more. What I truly value is their customer service. It is definitely five stars . Skee and Melody make you feel welcome and loved and part of the family. They wrap every purchase in a sweet bag with the cutest tissue paper and ribbon. They offer Paint, Sip and Shop nights once a month and other classes such as how to build a beautiful Charcuterie Board. I love supporting local and this place is one of my favorites.
