It's a fairly large store that carries the hardware you would expect to see. However, they also carry soaps and lotions, candles, pet supplies, garden items to include furniture, grills, and bird feeders. They had the largest selection of cast iron cookware I've ever seen, canning supplies and even kitschy gift items. I got my niece a pair of pink flamingo garden ornaments as a joke gift. Who knew she would love them and they would be displayed in the front yard of her home? I spent about an hour browsing this store and know I didn't get a chance to see everything they had to offer. Bonus for me was the resident cat I got to visit with while visiting this lovely store. If you ever find yourself near this country road in Shiloh, you should definitely stop in. I know I will be back next time I am up that way!

From a consumer standpoint, this raises serious concerns about order fulfillment practices and pricing integrity canceling a confirmed order under the pretext of lack of inventory, while continuing to offer the same product at a higher price may constitute a form of bait and switch conduct or at minimum of failure to honor a completed transaction in good faith at best. This reflects poor inventory management and lack of transparency at worst. It suggests deliberate refusal to honor a valid purchase due to unfavorable pricing on the retailer's end. I would strongly encourage the business to review its policies regarding online order acceptance, inventory accuracy and pricing commitments, customers should be able to rely on confirmed orders being fulfilled as agreed until this is addressed, I would advise others to proceed with caution when ordering online from this location.
