Today I went to the Norwalk store because I had a virus on my phone, that was wreaking havoc, and I have no idea how to clean it up. A nice young man named Jordan Shepherd waited on me. He was friendly and he was attentive to what I needed. He knew what to do to help me...and he fixed my problem in less than 10 minutes! I was amazed and so very grateful to him.
