This is not a review on this firm's work. I have worked with them before as you can see by my…read moreprevious reviews and they do good work. And generally any issues they address. This relates to what comes across as current communication issues. And if I come to Yelp and highlight the good, it is only fair to also highlight when an experience with a company... is not good. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. And it is preferable to over-promising and under-delivering. Will not belabor the point, that is my most recent experience. And hopefully this review saves you... time. Thanks.

He returned on this 2nd project with a Mr. Michael Thomen. Not only did they do an excellent job in repairing my gutters, they went out of their way to secure my front storm door after noticing the top hinge was loose ... and at no charge!! It was quite obvious that both of these gentlemen take the utmost pride in their work. I'm sure securing that storm door took a bit longer than they anticipated. All I can say is, if you want quality work at a reasonable price, you can't beat Mr. Handyman.

He has since done the work. I live in a different state, so I had to trust that he would do a good job. One thing that impressed me was the fact that he sent me pictures and even videos of his progress. If you're looking for a handyman, who also happens to be a good person, I highly recommend Greg.
