He's also honest when some repairs require someone with a more specialized skillset. They don't clean the hole they just poor cement and wait for it to crumble again. We finally had enough and went with someone else who did the job properly, meaning they cut a square out, removed the debris, and filled it in. Maximum might be cheaper but you get what you pay for . I have urged my boss to never use this company again, and sadly I've known the owner of Maximum for over 15 years... shame on you max.
