Scam artist and thief! Don't hire. Carmen says he's the owner and is a "Master Electrician " and…read morepartner a plumber. What a horrible joke. Hired for small bathroom remodel. The tire job on shower walls wasn't level or match the wall next to each other. The grouting was not all filled in. Couldn't even follow a drawing we provided for where to place the mirror and light on the wall over the sink. Replaced a sink that we found not properly bolted to the wall. It was a wall mount. Left the toilet running when reinstalled and didn't bolt down toilet properly either. Replaced a tub for a shower pan. Found out he did not replace the 1 1/2 in. PVC with a required 2 in. PVC shower plumbing. Also it was put in at an angle and found it was a poor seal and when the turned on the water it leaked downstairs onto the bathroom ceiling bringing down the drywall there. We found it when we came home from work. He was to replace the door for a more handicap accessible one and ordered the wrong size pre-hung door. He "jury rigged" it to fit by jamming shims in all the voids to try to make it look good. It was horrible. To install electrical receptacles he cut lines that ran up in the attic that also were on the same line as the bathroom and the hall light and left it disconnected. He left plaster from the job all over the living room floor for days that have now taken off the varnish on the wood floors. The light fixture is not secured to the wall. There is sooooo much more. When we brought up our concerns he would always say, "don't worry we'll fix it." What a joke. Then when he felt against the wall because he didn't have a clue how to fix anything, he used Covid to disappear. Said his coworker had Covid and had to be off the job got 2 weeks. Well, he never came back. Didn't even to come back to get some of his crappy tools/materials. Couldn't get a call back. Just disappointed. We also payed for materials we didn't get and of course didn't get a refund. This kid is bad news and has no idea what we is doing. Shouldn't call himself a contractor or Jack of all trades. Oh, final note, we found drywall, spacers, nails and other trash from the demo he just swept down the air duct he was supposed to relocate. What a looser.

Did you contact the BBB or county or wherever was installed to see if had a permit or license? How…read moredid you come across this contractor cause I'm glad read was also looking to get work done.Have you filed charges for fraud since haven't heard from for refund or repairs.
