I had the counters in my kitchen and guest bath replaced with quartz countertops. The first time they arrived to remove and install the new tops they took out the counters and went they brought the new ones in the edges were the wrong cut. They had a straight edge and small bevel was listed on the quote. So, they had to leave and we had no countertops until they were recut. Not a great start but if the installed counters were perfect, I would not have cared. When they installed the counters the bath and half of the kitchen did not need any seams and they look perfect. The problem is they "had" to put in 2 seams to the largest run of counter. Advised this was due to the size of the elevator in the building. Never offered to hire a lift either. What we ended up with is 2 seams that are clearly visible on the most used sections of the counter that I see all the time. The seams are not perfectly level and the sealant they used is slightly darker that the very light color of the counters.

When I had questions she answered them quickly. I wanted one large piece with no seams and that's what they did. It was an easy and efficient experience with the installers as well. They did make some wall scuffs, but those are easily fixed and most likely because I requested one large slab, but I would do it again.

We had ordered a very popular quartz for our island and countertops, but it somehow "wasn't in the shipment" as promised on time, and we were forced to choose another quartz in order to make our closing on time. While we were extremely disappointed in hearing the news that our custom order wouldn't be available on time and that the quartz was on back order for another month, we were able to select another quartz that was thankfully in stock. The new selection was more expensive than our original, however because of the challenge we faced with not receiving our first pick, the price was honored and we were not charged anything additional. There were many slabs to choose in their warehouse. My only complaint is the insufficient lighting in the warehouse, so the light provided does not do the slabs justice. The woman representative assisting us was very helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns. Installation was prompt and looks great.

I had to take an hour out of my day to inspect the whole job after discovering a few small things before they wanted me to sign the completion paperwork. I'm glad I did. Shims not cut off. Very messy caulk job. Gaps in the caulk, entire section of caulk missed. They chipped a piece on brand new cabinets, which they took off to fix (delaying completion by about a week) and they wanted my final payment before the cabinets were even repaired. These were all things that I found as the client. I would expect that they held their installers to that standard. I definitely felt like I was the inconvenience when all of this happened to me. Wanted to share here so anyone using them knows what they may encounter.

I have had nothing but awesome experiences at Floors and Tiles. I usually go to the Casselberry…read morelocation but have had my brother pick up material from Kissimmee, and no complaints from him, either. So we're totally gutting our home and redoing all the tile in the kitchen, three bathrooms, showers, the whole 9 yards. We looked at HD first and picked out what we liked....then we found that floors and Tiles saved us a ton of money with a much prettier tile. I've worked with both Ray and Jose and had great service. They do have a 30 day return policy, but they'll take stuff back after that, they just have a restocking fee. It's a bit steep at 25%, but most places (*cough* LUMBER LIQUIDATORS *cough*) will charge a restock fee right away when you return, even if it's the very next day. This place gives you 30 days with no restock. I think that's not unreasonable. Anyway, the prices are great, the service is better, and they have beautiful products. I have only good things to say. Note: I wrote the same thing on their Kissimmee store page but am putting it here, since this is where we usually go.

It was ironic because we had just come from another flooring company who was also closed when they were supposed to be open, but they at least had a note on the door saying they were closed until Monday due to an unforeseen roofing issue (and we did see people on the roof). It's common courtesy to let your customers know why you're not open when you're supposed to be. Needless to say, they will not be getting our business because it would be hard to trust that kind of company. We did call before going to any other locations that day.
