I explained why I wanted the Tacoma, the color and options and he was very knowledgeable. He said he would be right back with a vehicle he thought would be what I described and that is the truck I purchased. The entire experience was smooth, respectful and not pushy like what happens at some dealerships. Paul in finance was equally as knowledgeable and helpful in handling the titling, maintenance options and final figures. I highly recommend Chris for your automotive needs both new and used. Great job and thank you so much.

I feel it's important to share my experience publicly after being blocked from Reynolds GM Subaru…read moreof Orange on social media following my honest reviews. I'll start from the beginning. Years ago, I brought my Silverado in to have a leveling kit installed. Just two weeks after the install, I began hearing a knocking noise from the front end. When I brought it back, I was told there nothing wrong but we could put a new level kit in. I then took it to another dealership, where they confirmed the issue was simply worn ball joints--exactly what I had suspected. Years go by, I brought my Suburban in for a specific issue and asked them to check a particular concern. It took nearly two weeks just to get the vehicle into the bay after having a scheduled appointment, and I was then quoted nearly double the expected cost for a battery that they were at fault for dying, we had no communication on the work being done or anything. After being asked to leave a review, I shared my honest experience. That review was not well received, and I was contacted and asked if I would change it in exchange for them "making things right." Most recently, I brought my GMC Sierra in for warranty work. I was told I needed brakes, rotors, and calipers not even all the way around, with a quoted cost of $4,500 . After sharing my concerns about that diagnosis, I was contacted by an employee through Facebook Messenger, criticizing me for speaking negatively about the dealership. To make matters worse, I received my truck back with the AC no longer working. When I returned to have that addressed under warranty, I was questioned about why I brought the vehicle back at all because of me sharing my last concern. I was then told by Kevin Reynolds himself that they would no longer do business with me because of my previous reviews. At the end of the day, I was simply sharing honest feedback based on my experiences. Unfortunately, it seems that honest criticism is not welcomed. If you do choose to do business here, just be aware that negative experiences may not be well received if shared publicly. They need your money not your review.

I had an excellent experience working with Reynolds GMC Subaru and cannot recommend them highly…read moreenough. Chris was my sales representative, Logan the sales manager, and Ed handled financing. The entire team was extremely transparent and genuinely open to understanding my goals from the start. They worked collaboratively with me, clearly explaining where they had flexibility and where their hands were tied, which I really appreciated. At no point did I feel pressured, whether it was around pricing, financing, or optional products. The process felt respectful, honest, and well managed from beginning to end. I am 100% satisfied with my purchasing experience. The deal we reached on a new Yukon XL was strong enough to justify a four hour round trip drive to trade in my old vehicle and upgrade to my new one. That alone says a lot. If you are looking for a dealership that values transparency, professionalism, and a low pressure buying experience, I could not recommend Reynolds GMC Subaru more strongly. I have mostly positive things to say and then a few typical items to share: 1). The good Wyatt was our salesperson and at only 21 yrs old sold us his 13th car for the month of June! He was a damn fine salesperson and he felt like very low pressure and relaxed with us. There was no sense of stereotypical salesman pushiness or arrogance. We enjoyed this young man alot... we recommend visiting him for a decent buying experience! In addition, the sales process was relatively easy and they worked well with our needs and requests. We walked away with the vehicle we wanted and with the monthly payment we needed. 2). The typical There were two cars that were identical and priced $700 apart due to "battery replacement" on the more expensive one. Think what you will of this. Sales manager was nice enough and we enjoyed working with him. But, when it came to looking at the extended warranty, the price was always his best price... until he "shifted things around" and found us like 3 more best prices. We were almost convinced to buy one but remembered that companies are ALWAYS offering extended warranties because they want your business, so we will wait and purchase elsewhere. Just seemed shady. Lastly, the wait on the sales manager to crunch their numbers is mind numbing and stupid. Folks, we have computers in 2020 and things should go faster. This is why people goto Carmax! All in all... we bought our vehicle here because it was friendly, local, competitive and we enjoyed Wyatt!

On the way out to jump the car, the employee who was assisting me said yeah that is Mr X's car and it's a "piece of junk" speaking of my fathers vehicle. I said, "Excuse me?" He reiterated that it was junk and that it needed lots of repairs. First, that is rude. Second it does need a couple of things but it is actually a decent vehicle. An employee should never say that to a customer. Most importantly you jerk, my father died last week.
