We enjoyed this young man alot... we recommend visiting him for a decent buying experience! In addition, the sales process was relatively easy and they worked well with our needs and requests. We walked away with the vehicle we wanted and with the monthly payment we needed. 2). The typical There were two cars that were identical and priced $700 apart due to "battery replacement" on the more expensive one. Think what you will of this. Sales manager was nice enough and we enjoyed working with him. But, when it came to looking at the extended warranty, the price was always his best price... until he "shifted things around" and found us like 3 more best prices. We were almost convinced to buy one but remembered that companies are ALWAYS offering extended warranties because they want your business, so we will wait and purchase elsewhere. Just seemed shady. Lastly, the wait on the sales manager to crunch their numbers is mind numbing and stupid. Folks, we have computers in 2020 and things should go faster. This is why people goto Carmax! All in all... we bought our vehicle here because it was friendly, local, competitive and we enjoyed Wyatt!

They are always busy which should also tell you something about the shop itself. Now sometimes they just cant squeeze you in, but in an emergency I have been prioritized because the vehicle would have otherwise been unsafe to operate. They care, and that's is what makes Gibsons one of my favorite shops to do business with. They also stand behind their work, a year after they replaced a part, the part failed. They got me in, replaced the defective part, and didn't charge me a dime for parts or labor. If I had any gripe it would be that they are not open on weekends when everybody else is off, but hey, their mechaincs are people to and need a weekend as well to be with family. Last but not least, very second amendment friendly as they deal ammunition and select firearms and optics from the shop as well. So in short, a dependable, trustworthy, American shop that will always have my business.

Years ago, I brought my Silverado in to have a leveling kit installed. Just two weeks after the install, I began hearing a knocking noise from the front end. When I brought it back, I was told there nothing wrong but we could put a new level kit in. I then took it to another dealership, where they confirmed the issue was simply worn ball joints--exactly what I had suspected. Years go by, I brought my Suburban in for a specific issue and asked them to check a particular concern. It took nearly two weeks just to get the vehicle into the bay after having a scheduled appointment, and I was then quoted nearly double the expected cost for a battery that they were at fault for dying, we had no communication on the work being done or anything. After being asked to leave a review, I shared my honest experience. That review was not well received, and I was contacted and asked if I would change it in exchange for them "making things right." Most recently, I brought my GMC Sierra in for warranty work. I was told I needed brakes, rotors, and calipers not even all the way around, with a quoted cost of $4,500 . After sharing my concerns about that diagnosis, I was contacted by an employee through Facebook Messenger, criticizing me for speaking negatively about the dealership. To make matters worse, I received my truck back with the AC no longer working. When I returned to have that addressed under warranty, I was questioned about why I brought the vehicle back at all because of me sharing my last concern. I was then told by Kevin Reynolds himself that they would no longer do business with me because of my previous reviews. At the end of the day, I was simply sharing honest feedback based on my experiences. Unfortunately, it seems that honest criticism is not welcomed. If you do choose to do business here, just be aware that negative experiences may not be well received if shared publicly. They need your money not your review.

The inspection was completed in about 35-40 minutes while we waited in the small waiting area, which has vending machines and a rest room. The business appeared to be well-organized with spare parts. Our vehicle passed inspection, and we were on our way. Price was fair. There was no attempt to up-sale us for any unneeded services.
