I reversed the process to check the error, reprocessed the order, and it showed the same way each time. I never followed through with the purchase, due to the scam! BE CAREFULL! That's a deliberate rip. If you follow through with out checking, you'll have a battle! Why must I click a single star to post a review? They aren't worth it. [EDIT] There was an actual error which caused this to happen and not of the business doing. I found this to be on QTY CHANGE not taking hold. This is NOT A SCAM and is technology met with purchaser (me) impatience. I apologize for the bogus review! I will be making my purchase and redacting the stars accordingly!

I waited 20 mins to see if an employee made a lunch run and was coming back. Unfortunately that was not the case. I was really hoping to leave with gifts I could give to friends for their birthdays tomorrow. I've waited months to be able to shop at this store in person, only to get here and it's closed up. Also, there is someone posting on the stores behalf on Instagram all day, but there is no one actually working in the store. Maybe I'll try again when I fly back out in a few months. ****Update**** I was contacted via IG and extended an apology. She left early for the day, but there was no notice online. Still disappointed that I'm leaving without any amazing products to try for myself and give to friends.

He was so good that it made me come back. My second time shopping with them today was an experience and maybe my last time shopping with them. The manager that had a clip board we spoke about Mielle and he was very nice and helpful! The two people in the front that checked me out were rude!!!!! I had about 6 products I changed my mind on. I only took half of the case instead of the entire case of products and the guy complained... "Why you bring it up here if you not going to buy?" I told him I did not have a box cutter and when I spoke to the manager he explained to me I don't have to buy a full case.. I can buy 3 pieces, 6 pieces. I told him I'm spending my money and I don't appreciate being spoke to this way! I was thinking of just walking out of there with no products.. just because of the guy in the front! I am a black owned beauty supply store and I felt like this was horrible customer service to the point I have to reach out to all my black owned beauty supply stores and let them know how I was treated and to possibly take their business elsewhere! It's ridiculous.. the only reason it's getting 3 stars is because Jason was super helpful and the manager was super helpful. Sadly i don't know if I will shop with this vendor again.
