DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Especially if you have any type of disability. I've needed to reschedule my appointment a few times do to physical limitations. They said they won't be rescheduling me but I can just leave my car there for several days and they will get to it when they get to it. I understand the limited rescheduling, but the severe lack of ANY understanding or compassion really opened my eyes. Long story short I brought my car in because it had a coolant leak and was over heating. They tested to see what what the problem was, ended up paying em almost $700. Got it back and drove it a couple miles just to have it start overheating way worse than it was before. Brought it back to em and they wanted another $400 to fix it again. Sure, the guy at the desk is nice and all. But i'd like to drive away from the repair shop confident the problem was solved. read more

Poor Customer Service. I towed my car here when it wouldn't start because it was close. It was almost $400 just for the diagnosis. Spent over $1500 total and when I got my car back there was a strange noise that within a day turned into shaking. I examined my car and discovered two of my Lugnuts were missing from the driver side tire. I took the car back the next day and they refused to replace them because and I quote, "He wasn't 100% sure they ever took the tire off." which means he wasn't also sure they didn't. Great, clean shop. You can get a quick quote (that was accurate in my case) through Yelp based on the information you give them. Once they had my truck they were able to find the problem and fix it in a timely manner. They found other things that could use some work that I didn't mention and called me to ask if I wanted those items fixed too. No pressure, just a list of things they thought should be fixed and a cost to get it done. This method is what you look for in a mechanic shop. They didn't do any work that I didn't approve. Great experience. They were honest and even let me know that I was still under warranty and could get my car fixed for free at the dealership. Zach even told me to call them if the dealership was going to try to charge for something and they would let me know if it was legit. I would definitely go again if I needed a repair. read more

I would like to give these guys a 1 star. I had my vehicle in there recently to get fixed. They were only authorized to do work up to $225. So they did a diagnostic check on it and discovered something that literally takes 5 minutes to change and a part that can be bought at a local parts store for $115. Then they tell me they went with a more expensive $200 part because thats the only way they can warranty it. That's BS, all these parts have a warranty. Even the $115 part. Needless to say, they call and say the car is done and what they found wrong which was a minor part on top of the engine, takes maybe 10 minutes if you milk it. Well after all the BS talk and them trying to justify their work, they charged over $400 for a simple repair. These guys are shady and are not honest. I will never allow them to touch any of my cars again. read more

I brought my 95 camaro in for Electrical work. Car was left over the time and I ended up paying $500 for them to change a fuse. There was a wire cut and left in the hood. Later it rained and my car began to short out.(did not do before it'd been worked on) I called and they could care less unless I paid more for their mistake. My sub was turned on max and setting were changed when I got my car. could tmy car was just used for fun. A list was given to me of everything wrong which was nice...Good guys but I'm just upset with the outcome. read more

I have tried multiple times to allow these guys to fix couple of my vechical every time they have touched them they have came back worse then when I brought them in. There excuses are this part and that part needs to be fixed , thousands of dollars. When ask what parts they are replacing or need to they do not even know the name of it or part number but charges $980. After all said done came to be $1845 then as I was leaving car wouldn't go faster then 5mps, then they say I need another part $1,320 for that part. This is 4 times this has happened, I recommend never going to this place they are shady and super dishonest. read more

This place was horrible! They had my car for over a week. It cost me $2,000 and I could drive it home, but the next day the check engine light came on and there is a clicking noise behind my dash. I think the price was ridiculous and so was the fact they had my car that long. Especially because when I picked it up there were no other cars in the shop. If you don't mind not having a car for a week and have thousands of dollars to throw away, then this is place for you. read more

I've used Ace auto for my car repairs several times, and always have a good experience. I work Monday through Friday and they are always very accommodating to get me in on a Saturday. They will usually try to get the least expensive parts and will finish the work on the same day if it is possible. I feel like they are honest and straight forward. I brought my truck in to have the power steering looked at, it whined and seemed to be leaking. I was told that it needed a new rack and pinion, high pressure power steering hose and tie rod ends. When I went to pick up my truck the battery was dead and they had to jump it, the battery was fine when I brought it in. I got it home to find the negative terminal was broken and the truck would not start. I had to go buy a new battery. After looking at their work it looked as though they did not replace the high pressure hose but simply cleaned it off. I took it to another mechanic and he said he couldn't be sure they replaced the rack and pinion either. I paid 1400 dollars for these guys to hap haphazardly work on my truck and break my battery. I am bringing my truck to another shop to get the original problem, the power steering pump fixed. THANKS FOR NOTHING ACE! read more
