They truly take care of their customers and make you feel like you're in good hands. I've brought my car in several times for unexpected issues, like nails in my tires, and they've always been incredibly helpful, quick, and professional. The service is so much faster and more personal than going to a dealership, and they're great at communicating what's going on every step of the way. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knows what they're doing. They also offer great value, with quality service at a fair price. They have a small indoor waiting area, which is a nice bonus when you need to wait for your car. I really appreciate having a trustworthy tire shop I can count on, especially when something unexpected comes up. It's great to support a business that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommend Service Tire to anyone in the Van Nuys area!

I recently needed to have my brakes re-done and my car was due for its 100k service, so I decided to give these guys a go. They performed all the work that I requested within the time I needed (I dropped the car off at 3:30 Wednesday and it was ready by noon the next day) and everything seems in working order. The price was fair for all the work I needed, and I felt good that they didn't try to pressure me into anything the car didn't need. I will definitely return here.
