From the very first day, I was welcomed so kindly. Women introduced themselves, helped me when I was unsure of what was going on, and made me feel right at home. What I love most is that while we're all doing the same workout, everyone lifts weights that feel right for them no pressure, just support. I especially appreciate that the workouts rely on free weights instead of machines, which makes it easy to replicate at home if needed. The workouts are both challenging and realistic, and the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable. They're always walking around checking form, offering encouragement, and even pushing you to go heavier when they know you can handle it. But truly, the best part of this gym is the women. We come from all different walks of life, but we share the same goal: to be healthy and strong. In the hour I'm there Chad gives me his sales pitch. It's your typical, I can make you lose weight, lose body fat, feel good and love your body, blah blah blah. He tells me I'm the perfect candidate and he's had huge success with clients like myself that travel for work. He then says... I offer something that nobody else does, "A guarantee". You insult my intelligence, Chad. After his whole spiel, he asks if I'm ready to commit, I say sure! The next words out of his mouth are, the cost is $998 and I can break that up into 2 payments of $499. To which I respond, you may have wanted to lead with that. I was told there was a free option? He then tells me I'm not a good fit and thank you? So, to clarify... I was a perfect fit if I was willing to pay $998, but I'm no longer a good fit and there was never a free option? I think I speak for all of us when I say, NOBODY likes to be sold something under false pretenses and have their time wasted. This is the oldest sales trick in the book. When I got home, I was so thrown off, I decided to text Chad just to make sure I didn't misunderstand. I NEVER got a reply. Text attached. How sad to run a business with such little integrity.
