It's been a while since I've written a review, but Hardcore Fitness absolutely deserves this. I've…read morebeen a member at Hardcore for over a year, and as someone over 40 who prioritizes strength training, this gym has helped me achieve steady progress. I've gained about half a pound of muscle each month- which I feel like is challenging at my age...but Hardcore has certainly helped me achieved this. Because of them, I can now do 8 unassisted pull-ups and bench press over 200lbs. I also participate in a fitness race called Hyrox, and I credit Hardcore for giving me the literal strength to complete that race. Here are just a few great things I'd like to share about Hardcore: Cleanliness: The gym is impeccably clean. The staff maintains the facility well, with plenty of wipes for members. It's clear that hygiene is a top priority here, which I really appreciate. Equipment: The equipment is top-tier- from the smith machines, to solid racks, and cable machines. I love being able to use all of these things within a class. In addition to this, they have so many dumbbells all the way up to 100lbs, weight plates of all sizes, kettlebells, weight bags, resistance bands, TRX, ab rollers, weight balls, foam rollers, standing punching bags, ez bars, standard and olympic bars, hex trap bars, weight sled, and much more. Community & Staff: The atmosphere is fantastic, thanks to a friendly and welcoming staff that makes everyone feel comfortable and supported (especially the owner Durressa!) The community here is warm and motivating, and it's a place where everyone--from beginners to advanced members--feels welcome. Trainers & Personalization: The coaches are outstanding. They're familiar with my injuries and provide modifications or alternatives for certain exercises. And they always push me within my limits and respect me when I say no. Their support has kept me committed and progressing steadily. Class Structure & Variety: The Boot Camp/LIFT classes are well-structured with five stations, each with 2-3 exercises that come with modifications for different levels. I love the variety! There's also a cardio-focused Fight Camp class and a Booty class, so there's always something to fit my goals. Also, classes are schedule as early as 5:15am and as late as 8:30. Programming: The programming is really well thought-out, with split calendars for targeted workouts. For example, within a week there may be a day focused on back and biceps, another for legs and shoulders, and another for chest and triceps. This structured approach has been fantastic for building balanced strength over time. Community Events & Challenges: The gym hosts community events like spirit days, monthly themes, and 60-day challenges that bring people together for friendly team-based competition. It's a great way to stay engaged and motivated while connecting with others. For anyone looking for a gym that values cleanliness, fosters a positive community, and offers excellent trainers and programming, Hardcore is top-tier. Highly recommended for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level! Stop by to try it out...but make sure to tell them I sent you. =)

I would like to preface this review by saying that every member is entitled to their opinion. And…read morethat one of the hardest parts of running any business is keeping all of its clients happy But I had noticed something different recently in the vibe of classes but couldn't put my finger on it until I read a recent review pointing out some "negative" issues with the trainers. I'd like to offer a different perspective because I do feel like changes made in policy in reaction to one persons review have now created a downgrade in my experience when coming to this F45 First of all, bringing energy and motivation to group fitness classes is one of the hardest things to do on a daily basis. So when coaches are actively training along side members during classes I feel like it's bringing a level of energy that otherwise can be missing. It's one thing to offer verbal encouragement but another to show it. I know for myself, it lifts my energy level up when coaches are active participants in class. I know I'm giving 110% that day if they're in it with me. Also in regards to dancing and filming during class. Again, it's about perspective. Dancing, is also part of creating energy in the class atmosphere. It's putting smiles on faces when you're struggling thru your workout or your life. Part of having the two coach format, is not so that they can stand on opposite sides of the room and clap their hands. If they are interactive and play off each other, I would consider it a positive thing. Filming often makes it onto social media which helps to promote the business, I'm sure the coaches goal is not to portray themselves on social media as lazy people who are goofing off during work. I think it may be misconstrued that because the coaches are actively participating in classes or finding different ways to motivate or entertain people. That they are somehow "not doing their job" But I find that that's not the case. They're still aware of the clients, giving direction, offering encouragement, and giving corrections on form. I would like to point out that diversity in types of coaches and coaching styles is actually key in the group fitness format. The best way to attract from a larger more diverse client pool is to foster an environment where not every coach feels like the same carbon copy of every other coach that just clocks in and "does the thing" Also to finish. Community, is one of the HARDEST things to build in any gym. And when you're building community then your personal lives outside the gym starts to blend in with members personal lives. So you can call it "drama or high school" but that's what happens when you blend friendships that extend outside the gym. Those friendships are genuine and the time fostering community is always uncompensated, but again add up to memberships that benefit the business. Just because there are conversations had that aren't... wow that Marathon, that was a tough one. Station 3 what a killer. Doesn't mean that that needs to be taken away. Please don't turn this into some corporate robot gym

Always a killer workout with F45 Training!…read more I've been to the Alhambra location a few times, but wanted to switch up the scenery this time. I booked "High Rollers" with Shannon and Michael through Classpass and felt the burn in my core the following day. Michael was motivating and encouraging. Doors opened at 5:15 PM and class began at 5:30 PM. Shannon's pup greeted us at the door. Shannon gave us a rundown of the workouts before we started our warmup. Workouts had the same format as the Alhambra location. Only difference is, wherever you stand for the warmup is the station you'll begin the workout. This location didn't provide towels or a cooldown stretch after the class. They have two individual gender neutral, clean restrooms with thoughtful amenities, such as hair ties. Cubbies are located in the front of the class to store your belongings. Water refill station is located in the back, next to the restrooms. Parking was hard to find behind F45, but I found parking across the street on the rooftop. Parking is free, which is a plus!

I was definitely reluctant at first I've always worked out on my own and wasn't sure if this would be a beginner focused gym. But I decided to give it a shot. From the very first day, I was welcomed so kindly. Women introduced themselves, helped me when I was unsure of what was going on, and made me feel right at home. What I love most is that while we're all doing the same workout, everyone lifts weights that feel right for them no pressure, just support. I especially appreciate that the workouts rely on free weights instead of machines, which makes it easy to replicate at home if needed. The workouts are both challenging and realistic, and the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable. They're always walking around checking form, offering encouragement, and even pushing you to go heavier when they know you can handle it. But truly, the best part of this gym is the women. We come from all different walks of life, but we share the same goal: to be healthy and strong. We cheer each other on, laugh together, complain about our aches and pains and if someone's missing for a week, you better believe someone's checking in. It's more than a gym. It's a sweaty, supportive, empowering family that I look forward to seeing every day! If you can't do an exercise on the weight floor, your coach can help you make adjustments and find something you can do. They're so accommodating. I appreciated how he kindly called me out that I wasn't on the "standard" 1% incline on my run on the treadmill which is the "base incline" for running. The other major part that made my experience exceptional was because the person at the front desk was so hospitable and welcoming. Since I was dropping in for the first time to this location she gave me a little quick tour which I don't always get where she walked with me to show me the different types of bathrooms & showers available and where the lockers were. She was even able to guide me about the free parking lot structure around the corner from Orange to the right. I think she made this experience top notch and an exemplar of how it should feel every time you walk in an Orangetheory location. I now love this location because they offer the "tread" workout which I seek high and low for around town at 5:30am! Love, love, love!
