I am currently in a dispute with them, along getting attorney involved , because I explicitly requested to use my credit card for financing from the start. Despite this, they attempted to push their financing option, took my credit card information, and falsely claimed the transaction didn't go through. Now, I'm having to dispute the charge with my credit card company because it turns out the payment was accepted it's been a nightmare, months ! Additionally, my daughter has overheard inappropriate conversations from tutors, including remarks like, "Oh my, if my sheets could talk." Such conversations are entirely inappropriate to have around children. For this reason, I'd rather lose the $9,000 I've already spent than subject my child to that environment again. Please be careful and don't be fooled . Now I have to wait months for their foolishness, Nice!

Spread the word to other parents that are in the same boat if you can... we need to come together. This is not right. Let's file lawsuits if need be. There is power in numbers.

We just held our second event at Harmony Tree. This time it was for my second daughter's first…read morebirthday. I had a last minute issue with my baker and another person squeezed me in last minute with a delivery time frame that was a little earlier than my check-in time. Harmony Tree accommodated this for me with a smile on their face and understanding in their heart. And let me tell you, the kids were having such a great time here, it was difficult to get them out at the end of the party. The staff here is always smiling and willing to help, their walls are painted in such cute themes, their toys are clean and plentiful. There are things for kids of all ages to play with! The rates are fair, and the facility is amazing. I love love love Harmony Tree!
