While waiting, I was told to "get off the floor," despite there being no posted policy restricting where I could stand or sit. I calmly responded that she did not own the entire floor and that I was simply ensuring my brother was able to enter for his exam. When I asked for her name so I could properly address the issue, she refused and stated she did not have to identify herself. That lack of transparency and accountability is concerning in a professional testing environment. I am a Regional Vice President with Primerica and routinely send candidates to PSI for licensing exams. Interactions like this raise serious concerns about how candidates and their families are treated and whether the testing environment is unnecessarily hostile. PSI should address staff training and professionalism immediately.

The kids love how she explains math so clearly. They just get it when she teaches them. And they really get it because she's asking them questions during the session to check their understanding. Confidence and grades have soared! My 7 year old tutors with Laura because he wants to increase his math skills. I especially love that she doesn't limit what he can learn at his age. I looked up many tutoring centers in the area and decided on CEC. I signed her up for AST twice a week. Within two weeks she was starting to get it and even got an 85% on her math test - which before she averaged 70%. Scott and the people at Blue Train put the boys on a very manageable schedule and in fact, both of our sons were totally done with most applications by Thanksgiving.
