He used to be an installer for ADT and has installed thousands of home systems before. He now works for himself and has a small business. My mother-in-law moved to a care home and nobody knew her master code at her home. Her system was not used for a year. Greg came and professionally reset the system with a few tricks he knew (as the old Honeywell system happened to be from ADT Protectron). He did not try to pressure sell me on a monthly monitoring program, although he did offer that service as well. At my request, he replaced the old monitoring panel with an alpha numeric panel which is now much easier to determine what is going on compared to the old numeric code panel. He also installed a second horn which was ingeniously concealed. Intruders trying to smash the first horn would be confused as to why the horn is still going off and would continue trying to smash the first horn. He could have unnecessarily replaced the motion sensors but he said they were fine. Since the smoke detector and CO detector needed replacement because they were too old, Greg gave me the options and said it would be cheaper to buy them stand alone from Costco rather than replacing them in the alarm system. He disconnected them from the alarm system at my request. I did not bother to comparison shop for services as Greg was fair with his prices. People need to make a decent profit living in the Lower Mainland. I didn't want the hassle of a person making you feel guilty about not buying monitoring. He gave me all the price options and allowed me to make the decisions without any pressure at all. He doesn't have a fancy truck or van but came in his car. I highly recommend Greg. He's a good guy.

June 2019: I bought a used car that only came with one immobilizer key. Replacements were…read moreridiculously expensive at a dealer ($350 all in) so I got a 2 pack of replacements on Amazon for $100. I called Precision to see about getting the new keys cut and programmed, got a quote and made an appointment to bring in the car and keys. Khalil was awesome; first he confirmed that the chips in the new keys matched the original then he cut the keys. Programming the keys to the car took only a few minutes then he fine tuned the cuts to make sure the keys worked smoothly in the locks. I paid exactly what I was quoted and have two more keys for about half the price of one at a dealer. March 2020: I bought another car that came with only one, non-factory key. This is just a basic key that I could have copied at any hardware store but I had a good experience here before so I thought I'd come back. Rather than simply copying the old key, they did some decoding of the cuts and then cut new ones from the code. Amazingly the new keys work better than the old one and it was only $11 for the pair. I seriously doubt I would get that at a hardware store! These guys really know their stuff!

He charged the couple and tried to charge my friend to access their cars, and then did not open the gate claiming to not have "the right keys". It turns out he did have the right keys after all and they were finally able to access their cars after the VPD got involved. Unicorn Security do better. Indigo Parking - find a better security company and if you are going to allow said security company to attempt to charge extra fees for after hours access, you need to post that signage throughout your lots AND note those conditions as a part of the information provided at the pay stations particularly if you are going to allow people to pay for what they think is extended parking.

This "small fee" however is $40 to have a guard who's paid hourly drive 10 minutes to push a button. By the way, we had to wait an hour just for him to arrive. So after paying $20 + dollars to park for 24 hours, you're expected to pay another $40 to have them open the gate. This is deception at it's finest + taking advantage of the public. He tried his special plastic to force it open (no good), then got down to picking the lock with his tools. Within 15 minutes of his arrival, the was door open. He accepted payment, in the amount that was promised over the phone, smoothly handed over a business card and away he went off to his next adventure.
