I found the staff and Dr Tarin to be friendly, caring and very professional. My issue was taken care of successfully at that first office visit. When I went back for a recheck Dr Tarin was very thorough and made sure that I was not having any other issues. Then we called about getting more batteries and we were told the hearing aid had 'expired' We were never told the hearing aids would expire at all. Then, to let us know in June that the hearing aids expired in May? Just not right. The the lady working there said "Well, I can't be expected to pay attention to everyone's account" Really? Then what is your job if not to take care of each customer individually? We will be getting hearing aids elsewhere.
