I found the staff and Dr Tarin to be friendly, caring and very professional. My issue was taken care of successfully at that first office visit. When I went back for a recheck Dr Tarin was very thorough and made sure that I was not having any other issues. My experience was very positive and I will not hesitate going back should I have a need.

sold my wife hearing aids she returned them the next morning as soon as they opened. they charged…read moreher a $400 restocking fee per their contract but on the contract right under where it states the restocking fee there is a medical waiver saying you should talk to a license physician that specializes in diseases of the ear before getting hearing aids. my wife never signed that section and that is the reason she returned them so she could talk to a doctor first. they want to hold you to the part of the contract that benefits them and more worried about a sale than advising you to seek medical advise first. Called corporate numerous times. left multiple messages with the woman who handles refunds and never had my calls returned. called today and got a hold of her and she told me she got my voicemails. still no resolve. buyer beware

Someone told me they wasn't open call back. I called back then someone is asking me all these unessary questions and lied and said they couldn't make an appointment without a referral. which isn't true you have an option to bring your referral with you! Doesn't have to be at the office upon scheduling. which is what I'm doing which my new appointment for my daughter.
