I found the staff and Dr Tarin to be friendly, caring and very professional. My issue was taken care of successfully at that first office visit. When I went back for a recheck Dr Tarin was very thorough and made sure that I was not having any other issues. The the pandemic hit and we didn't go to the office for quite a while. Then we called about getting more batteries and we were told the hearing aid had 'expired' We were never told the hearing aids would expire at all. Then, to let us know in June that the hearing aids expired in May? Just not right. The the lady working there said "Well, I can't be expected to pay attention to everyone's account" Really? Then what is your job if not to take care of each customer individually? We will be getting hearing aids elsewhere.

Someone told me they wasn't open call back. I called back then someone is asking me all these unessary questions and lied and said they couldn't make an appointment without a referral. which isn't true you have an option to bring your referral with you! Doesn't have to be at the office upon scheduling. which is what I'm doing which my new appointment for my daughter.
