Their conversations only last about 5 minutes-certainly not enough time to go over her mental health. Regardless, she has been pressured to pay her full balance which has not been disclosed to us. She has paid $400 last year and another $100 this year. She has asked for an itemized bill 3 TIMES and has not yet received any correspondence yet from the office.
