I asked Dr Frank why was there so much fat left in each area, his response was the fat was visceral.(which was not true). His second excuse was I shouldn't be laying around post op consuming whole pizzas. that I should have been doing extensive exercises and strict dieting in order to see the results I wanted as if I didn't just pay him $6000 to permanently Remove the fat.I reminded him he hadn't cleared me yet to exercise. I was told it was not a weight loss procedure and that I needed to be doing strict dieting and exercising in order for him to perform another round plus another $1800 anaesthesiologist fee. I immediately declined his services and left the office. He later reached out and agreed to waive the $1800 fee and offered to do a "touch-up" at no charge. By this time my experience was completely ruined. My postop care was not clear and I develop large lumps and a small seroma because the compression garment I was given was too large, and I was not informed to size down garments as the swelling subsides in order to help the healing process. I was also not informed of the importance of post-op lymphatic massages and was told to wait at least six weeks before receiving a first massage. The only thing I was given for a post-op was a list of lotion to use .Dr Frank greatly lacks accountability. The only thing I would accept from his practice is a partial refund. I could have went to another surgeon and paid half the price for optimal results. I am extremely disappointed because I work very hard to save money to get this procedure and I had barely have any visible results. $6000 down the drain.

Immediately after being injected with lip dissolver, not only did my lips swell to a frightening size, but my entire face swelled up. The reaction was so severe it bordered on anaphylactic shock. A week later, I broke out in hives that lasted for over nine weeks. On top of that, I experienced symptoms resembling Bell's palsy. Because of this, I had to take time off both work and school while I saw multiple doctors, got bloodwork done, and even visited an allergist. Other reputable med spa providers I consulted with were shocked when I mentioned the business name. Multiple people instantly replied with, "Oh, Kim Burke." Each of them warned me that she has a bad reputation, with consistent feedback being that her customer service is awful and that she only cares about money, not her patients' wellbeing. Several providers suggested my reaction could have been due to the product being mixed improperly, injected incorrectly, being from a bad batch, expired product, or even something as serious as a dirty needle. When I requested a refund, Kim Burke completely dismissed me, refused to take responsibility, she stopped answering my phone calls and claimed none of my reactions were connected to the injection--even though the swelling and dangerous side effects started immediately after treatment. She even tried to blame it on "bee stings." For the record, I got allergy tested during this nightmare, and I'm not allergic to bees. Another provider asked if this med spa had the vial tested at a lab (which they are supposed to do if something is reported), but I was never informed of any testing or follow-up whatsoever. This entire ordeal has been traumatic, stressful, and unsafe. The dissolver clearly didn't work, and I suffered serious health consequences as a result. The way I was treated afterward makes it even worse. Kim Burke is a poor representation of professionalism or empathy and absolutely cannot take responsibility for her mistakes. This business is careless, dismissive, and dangerous. Please save yourself the hassle and time and DO NOT GO HERE. They should not be practicing. Terrible place.
