I had saw two dermatologists prior to her and not only did she address the rash on my ankles, but she pressed me to measure my moles on my body because I have fair skin and lots of them. I do not tan, nor do I use tanning beds; well, I haven't since I was young. Ms. Dudak found a suspicious mole and strongly urged me to have it removed that day in the office. When I told her that I was not comfortable having it removed right then she was upset. but she had me schedule a follow-up appointment to have it removed with Dr. Jordan in about a month.. I received a second opinion a few weeks later and found out the mole was melanoma, skin cancer. It was located on the back of my leg and it didn't bother me at all. I would have never been concerned about it. During my surgery Dr. Jordan, who is fabulous, said to me, "You know Jennifer Dudak saved your life, right?" I know she did. Ms. Dudak is passionate about what she does and sometimes it can seem overbearing, but she knows what is at stake. I will forever be thankful for her diligence and perseverance in my matter. I received a phone call from Dr. Jordan's office on Friday and the pathology report stated that they got all of the cancer out. Dr. Jordan had to remove 6cm x 5cm from my leg. I can only imagine how much more it would have spread if Ms. Dudak had not made the save.

2 days after a routine septoplasty, my son was in the ER with significant bleeding from his nose…read more The ER physician packed his nostrils but he continued to bleed down his throat. When contacted by phone, Dr. Patel stated it was normal post-surgical drainage. No other ENTs would step in to examine him. He was admitted for the night, still bleeding down the back of his throat, choking and spitting blood into basins. The nurses continued to call. He insisted this was normal. It wasn't until the NEXT DAY, after 24 hours of bleeding, that Dr. Patel finally agreed to come. He enlarged the packing in the nostril that appeared to be bleeding, berated me for being an overly emotional mother, and complained that he was missing time with his family over this. I had to leave the room. He said he did not want to cauterize it at the hospital because it was too inconvenient for him. It could wait for his scheduled office visit in two days. The bleeding did not stop until that evening after my son pushed the packing even farther up into his nose and held it there for a couple of hours. Dr. Patel refuses to believe that sometimes unexpected complications may arise that need to be addressed promptly. He kept bringing up the fact that he's been doing this for 12 years without any problems. So if everything goes by the book, you'll be fine. But God help you if you have any complications. He was willing to let a patient suffer for 3 days because it wasn't convenient. I have no doubt he is a gifted surgeon, but his delusional belief that he can do no wrong needs to be addressed.

Pallotto Dental Care is one of the most professional and welcoming businesses I've ever patronized…read more I have been a patient here since my younger years and every aspect, from the staff to the facility itself, has never failed me. The best thing about this office is the presence of both Dr. Pallotto and Dr. Stiles; they are two of the best dentists in the business. They definitely have a way of making you feel very comfortable and go out of their way to get to know you as a "person" not just as a "patient." I'll never forget when I came home from college and everyone in the office asked how my college career was going at Bowling Green State University. That was nothing short of amazing how they all remembered the school I attended. Having so many patients, I'm sure it's difficult to keep tabs on every single person but they do it effortlessly. They keep a very clean and child-friendly waiting area as well as restroom and patient rooms (they even have flat-screen televisions in each room). As a child, I'll never forget having those incentives like the "No Cavity Club" and trying my best to stay in it until I exceeded the age limit :-) They are extremely accomodating when it comes to dealing with patients. One time, I requested Dr. Pallotto because I wanted to chat with him during my upcoming visit and they granted my wish...no questions asked. I've never had a bad experience there with customer service or even an extended period of wait time. They say what they mean and mean what they say, "Personalized & Comfortable!!!!" I used to live in the suburbs and the commute was much easier for me but now I've re-located to Hyde Park and while the commute is at least 30 minutes, I wouldn't give up Dr. Pallotto and staff for the world. I plan on going to him and having my entire family as his patients (when that day comes lol) forever! I would recommend his services to ANYONE because I know his office will never let me down.
