Than, as I started seeing him weekly due to my diabetic foot issues, I seen that he has so many patients at St Mary's. And sometimes I forget that there are alot of people just like me, with issues way worse, that need help and I am not the only one in line. What I learned is that Dr.Moon is a great doctor, and over the months I've been getting treated by him and his office, I can tell you that he DOES care about all his patients. He knows what he is doing, and knows how to greatly help his patients so that they heal and are happy again. Believe me, I've spent hours in the waiting room for my appointments in wound care, talking to his other patients, who speak very well about Dr Moon. He's a great doctor and I hope my other foot now gets fixed and I will be back to playing soccer joking about soccer, all I want is to be normal again. I had been on antibiotics for 20 days and they had not helped the infection. I saw him to explore alternative treatments since the antibiotics were not working. Dr. Keenan did not answer my questions, spoke over me, told me I didn't know what I was talking about, and that if I didn't want to treat my infection "it's a free country and I can keep my infection". Dr. Keenan is very thorough - he takes the time to listen to exactly what the problem is, does a thorough examination (talking you through every step of what he is doing), and treats accordingly, providing all the details and answering any questions that you may have. I've never felt rushed during my appointments (as if I need to hurry so the next patient can get in), and I've always left feeling well informed of any issues and how they will be treated. The staff here is also great - they are always very pleasant, appointments are always punctual and made according to MY scheduling needs, and their follow-through is amazing. I've received phone calls to ask how I'm doing, as well as to let me know that any prescription/insurance concerns have been addressed even before I was made aware of any such issues from the pharmacy. I have been amazed and completely satisfied with the service and attention to detail that Dr. Keenan and staff have provided me since Day One, and would VERY highly recommend this office.
