They took over my dermatologist (Dr. Berti) Willowbrook office. I called politely requesting a nurse from the office call me about a possible procedure. Scheduling is a central location, not the office. After 10 min of ridiculous back and forth about what procedure and what I needed I was told "Deb" would call me- a receptionist at the Willowbrook office that was "taking care of Dr. Berti's patients." A receptionist cannot answer my question about whether a cosmetic procedure is possible- I said (in a normal tone of voice) that they are about to lose a patient- Me- and this person's supervisor got on the line and said if I continued to talk to her trainee this way she would end the call. WTF?! Yeah, they lost of patient.

I've visited this office several times since 2020. Dr. Welsh was my first doctor, but he retired. I was pleased and thought he did a great job. So, I was disappointed when he retired. Since then I've had Christopher Lillie, PA for my annual visits. He's always been pleasant, thorough and quite professional. Last year, he found a spot of skin cancer on my scalp and scheduled me for removal of the cancer by their surgeon in house on another visit. Staff prepared me well for the procedure which they informed me was a Mohs surgical procedure. The surgery went well and after 2 follow up office visits, I'm now visiting every 6 months.
