I wasted several days trying to find a solution and cheaper way to mail it. I stopped into the sister location on Hilltop and they told me to bring the items here (it is closer to my house). They found a box (for free), filled it with popcorn (for free) and mailed the item for $38.00. I won't ever try to mail a package by myself again. Over the top amazing place. Highly recommended.

I went yesterday to complete a registration application that required results from the live scan fingerprinting service. Given the COVID-19 precautions, I believe that the new process of getting fingerprinted is much more comfortable. It is entirely no touch! No more squishing of the fingertips if prints tend to come out fuzzy. The partners of Embrace are highly knowledgeable as they have years of experience and a network of contacts. I genuinely believe that every time I leave the Embrace office, I have learned of a new community resource that serves to benefit my personal and professional affairs.

A True Gem of Americana…read more After being out of the country for eight years and two months, it's refreshing to find a small business that still genuinely values customer service. The owner and her superstar right hand--fittingly named Heaven--live up to the name. While I was getting fingerprinted, I watched as customer after customer walked in and was greeted by name. It's the kind of place where everyone's on a first-name basis--a rare, beautiful slice of Americana. Forget the UPS Store and all the big-box alternatives. If you need fingerprinting, mailbox services, or shipping help, this is the place. Support this local gem--you won't regret it.

As a matter of fact i could hear the customer and cashier discussing the mask situation. They exchanged bullshit theorys that justified their going maskless. I go to this UPS store location if I'm in Redding, which I am a lot. It's located on Churn Creek…read moreRoad just up the street a little from the In N Out and Panda Express across the street. Lots of parking, so no prob. I've found the best way to use UPS is get an account and set of all the billing and then you can do shipping label printing at home or at the office. I work out of my house, so I don't have a regular UPS pick up, so I just print the shipping label and bring it down to the UPS store. Drop off, get a tracking receipt and off I go. If there's a line, someone usually asks and just drop offs? Yep, that's me and off I go. If you want the best price on shipping and you don't need it to get there the very next day, UPS is fine. If you want over night, gotta be there the next day, go FED EX, they're the overnight delivery people, but they're ground service is not so good. What's good about this location, is if you're hungry, there's lots of places to get all kinds of food right nearby, from Mod Pizza, to In N Out, to Chinese food at Panda Express.

Guess she just stuffed them in an envelope and threw them in the mail because now, 2 months later my family member has still not received the papers. And they were being sent in state. Should have taken 5 days at the most. So I finally instructed her to email the docs, which she did but we still don't have the ones that she supposedly sent by mail. She did not send them certified which I would think should have been done since the information is very confidential. When talking to her about this matter which I mentioned 3 times to she and the assistant...neither one seemed concerned at all. And why should she, it's not her private information that's out there floating around in mail heaven someplace. Debbie even told me I needed to go track down the envelope and my response was, " well how do you do that when all you did was stuff them in an envelope and throw it in the mailbox!" There's no tracking number. I have since then heard from 2 deed scammers that wanted me to pay for a copy of my new deed which in questioning Debbie's assistant, Emily, was told not to pay and oh, those are just scammers!! Then I've just noticed a new advertisement on tv that's spouting about protecting your property deed by buying their insurance...another scam? So would I use her again if the need arose...NEVER!!! And I believe I paid her good money for the few papers that she had to collect and get them to the county. Guess they charge big bucks for hourly service, and the service sucked. My original papers should have been sent certified mail and any professional person would have done that!
