They also give out checks you can't cash ON PAYDAY and will send you off on how to obtain your money that you worked hard for. This is a bad business I would not recommend AT ALL for anybody looking for a job.

After getting my car towed by an overaggressive towing company (I rightfully parked in the adjacent lot to get a haircut, in the same parking area as the barbershop). Despite having a receipt of my haircut, the towing company demanded that I pay the $170 fee to release my car. I contacted Lockdown Security, who were the ones doing security for the barbershop I attended. Let me tell you, living in a big city like Chicago, I've encountered my fair share of organizations and businesses that don't care or have the time of the day for you...so I was pleasantly surprised that Officer Mike C.with Lockdown was laser-focused on getting my car back, contacting the towing company himself, and arranging that I get my car returned to me since I was rightfully parked at that location. I got my car back (without having to pay the fee). I can't emphasize enough Mike C. and Lockdown's assistance and problem solving skills, especially since the above described situation occurred after I had worked a long shift prior to visiting the barbershop. And If I owned a business, I'd definitely hire Lockdown Security due to their incredible Professionalism and Customer Service. I'd put Lockdown as one of the Top-3 Customer Service experiences in my life, easy.

He went away for family business over thanksgiving. I contacted him the Monday after and he told me he'd contact me the following day. Never heard from him again. No return phone calls. No return emails. Nothing! Since the posting of my ONE STAR review on Thumbtack, Larry Ryan negated my review saying I'm not credible and never a client. You're right I wasn't a client because Brad blew me off! Your office staff blew me off! Larry Ryan why don't you ask Brad to forward the November email and the email after I left my ONE STAR review for your firm that he sent me. He blamed your office office staff for not contacting me. The only contacted active clients and not new or prospective clients. Too bad for you. I had a big job and gave it to someone else. There was pending litigation on behalf of my autistic son. The urgency of my requested was expressly communicated to Brad Weaver in our November phone conversation. Your firms lack of response and communication about Brad's personal issues hindered the progression of my case and pushed it back an additional two months. Communication was all I needed, and I couldn't get that. Maybe instead of lying about a bad review, man up and be accountable for your unprofessional office staff. Word of advice: Look elsewhere for a REPUTABLE private investigator!

I am extremely happy with the cleaning service I received and would absolutely recommend them to…read moreanyone looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning company. From the very beginning, everything went smoothly. The team arrived right on time, which I really appreciated, especially since punctuality is important to me. There was no waiting around or wondering if they were going to show up -- they were professional and ready to get started immediately. This was a deep cleaning, and they truly did everything I asked for and more. Two cleaners came to my home and worked diligently for a couple of hours. They were efficient, organized, and clearly experienced. Every area we discussed beforehand was addressed, and they paid close attention to the details that often get overlooked. Floors, surfaces, bathrooms, and hard-to-reach areas were all cleaned thoroughly. What impressed me most was how beautiful everything looked when they were finished. My home felt fresh, spotless, and completely refreshed. It honestly looked and felt like a brand-new space. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about delivering high-quality results. On top of the excellent cleaning, both cleaners were polite, respectful, and professional throughout the entire visit. They worked steadily without cutting corners and made sure everything met my expectations before they left. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. It was well worth it, and I will definitely be using this cleaning service again in the future. If you're looking for a dependable, thorough, and professional deep cleaning, this is the company to call.

They worked directly with my insurance company to make them aware of all of the hail damage to my house and was straight forward in what would be covered and what would not. When we reviewed the estimate from the insurance company together, they had plans to maximize what we were getting and provided options to help reduce my out-of-pocket expenses. We went with their roofing company and they waive their 10% adjuster fee and I'm very glad I did. Their roofing team was very professional and took their time to do the work correctly even with venting changes I made. The material used was top of the line and they worked with me until I was completely satisfied before they left. They even came back (after they were paid) and replaced the roof vents that I wasn't happy with in a week. I seen other neighbors go with other companies and the quality of the materials and installation were well below what was done on my house. I highly recommend Frontline Adjusters.

Second was over the phone- in my professional life. Not only is she smart, fun and energetic--- she is such a positive person! While I insist I have issues, she kept reminding me that there "is nothing wrong with [me]"/my thinking but that we can just change the processes and behaviors..... Regarding my house: she used some professional organizing "science" to evaluate where things should go. I've used organizers before, and *people* there is a reason they are professionals! oh my goodness... it's been 1.5 years since we organized my house, and it stays clean because there really is a "place for everything, so everything is in it's place"! She will not push you to throw things away, if you are worried of that. She works at your pace... tho you will be surprised how much you can get done in just a few hours. Regarding my professional stuff: she helped me narrow down my goal, and put into place a plan of action. For example, rather than assessing a problem and giving me a solution, she asked me questions to find the right solution *for me*. While I spoke, she -really- listened and then pulled out phrases I repeated, analogies I made, and then we dove deeper into the root of that thinking, and put into place action plans to improve. Actually, she also sent me some "homework" inbetween calls, where I could select 3 of 10 things to work on inbetween appointments. My choice! Her pricing is suuuper reasonable, and sign up for her emails and she often has specials. She also teaches a lot of classes for organizations and community centers-- so watch her calendar and attend the free ones! Really people SO WORTH IT. Cannot recommend this service enough. Eat in rather than dine out, and apply those funds to organizing your life. You will be so much happier.
