However, after checking our AC system and completing preventing maintenance for a really fair fee, Jason concluded that our AC system is in very good condition and it was more Thermostat wrong messaging than the AC system itself. My wife and I were extremely appreciated and happy Jason's professionalism as AC Technician and most of all for his/their honestly. Update to my original review of Heights A/C from 2019: Mitch kept my old 2006 unit running for…read moreseven years. At least two blower unit rebuilds, a control card, multiple capacitor replacements, and a few pounds of refrigerant every couple years. This year the refill exited far too quickly and I called Heights A/C for a quote. Thomas replaced the old unit and re-worked the ducts for a great result. The house feels better with the new duct work and the system is amazingly quiet.
