The store has an all sales are final motto so that means if you buy the light and it doesn't match your decor or isn't the right color that you thought you needed for your space, tough it is your light. I found a light I loved but found out after purchasing that light not only could I have bought the same light for more than half of what I paid. You will find unique lights here and the owner is knowledgeable but you will pay more for the lighting here than elsewhere. You also need know that even if you are told your light fixture will include bulbs from the store thrown in as goodwill for doing business with them, please know you will not get the bulbs for your fixture as they want you to pay for those on top of the fixture itself. That was disappointing for me as other lighting stores also promise that if you purchase a light from them that you will get the bulbs for free. This is what I was promised here but it wasn't the truth as I had to pay for the bulbs when it came time to get the fixture. Keep this in mind if this is something important to you. 3 stars as I did find a light I loved but paying more than double for the same light that I found online and not getting the bulbs that were to be included with my light is why I rated this place 3 stars. They don't look down at me as I couldn't afford to buy those fancy light fixtures displayed in the front of the store. However, I found a few affordable products that I would like to outfit my house with. The saleswoman introduced herself as Yare as she showed me the product sales specs sheet on the Alcamo LED Chandelier (model 12285.02). That was a gorgeous light fixture with 8 integrated LED to stretch to 180 inches in length and can be curled to 75.5 inches height by 55 inches wide shaped as a dome. I would need a mansion to display this light. I was intrigued with the technology on how LED can illuminate in the form of a rope. I really thought that was fiber optic. Speaking of lights through a tube, I found an LED Bath Light by Modern Forms with the light tube on both sides of fixture. This light fixture with a cinema feel could jazz up my bathroom. If I add this to my bathroom, I would need to remodel the entire house. I'll keep that in mind on my next house. Yare gave me her business card and invited me to check on their website for additional lights that are not shown in the store. So, I browsed through LuminousTrends.com and found a couple of lamps as an addition to my existing lighting. I emailed her my question and she responded very quickly. Shopping at Luminous Trends is convenient. I can shop in person and online at ease.

This is a pretty amazing lighting store located in Sugarland, offering pretty spectacular products of all sorts. So it's very shiny and glitzy and gorgeous and definitely well worth the trip, especially if you happen to be in the plaza already. I like it here and I've been here on a number of occasions now. They're right next to one of our favorite Indian restaurants so we often end up browsing here afterwards. Their selection is amazing even though prices are a little high.

There are so many brands and different light qualities coming and going, some being absolute junk, but I always trust that they do their research and only carry the most reliable products at M & M so I don't have to and they stand behind their products in case it doesn't perform well, even if it's longer down the line. In particular, the new generation of low profile LED lights they carry are in a completely different class than the generic old fashion stuff they carry at big box stores. Seeing the actual lights in a realistic demo is a huge help in deciding whether something is right which you don't get anywhere else. They're just a bunch of lighting nerds over there so if you want to dim or automate lights and tie them to your Alexa, they'll point you to the right direction there and explain what you need.
