We had a random water problem that happened 2 days before Christmas. Gibsons was able to be there within a few hours. Our technician was Jason M. He was polite, knowledgeable, wore shoe covers (I hate having shoes worn in the house, so this was important to me), and seemed pretty thorough. Best of all he wasn't trying to cause problems where there were none. In other words, he thought, based on his years of experience, that watching the problem (to see if it really was a problem) was the best course of action rather than drilling a hole in our ceiling. More than a week later and his hypothesis seems to be holding true. It was nice to be able to have someone come out when we needed a quick assessment. It was even nicer that no extra work (i.e., $$ charges) was done when it wasn't necessary. Based on this experience with Jason M., I would definitely recommend Gibson's to others. (Why not a 5 star then? Well, in a case like this I would prefer to have several positive experiences from a company like this before bestowing the highest possible rating to insure a consistent wonderful experience. Additionally, I usually reserve 5 stars for something that goes far and away, above and beyond, which I would not expect to happen during every visit.)

Used Perkins Septic and Drain Service for the first time as they were recommended by our plumber…read more Our main sewer line was clog. Called their office and was nicely greeted by Ashley which told me she would see when someone could come out to take care of the problem. Several minutes later she called me and said they could have a team out to our place later in the afternoon. In about an hour later I received a phone from the team to inform me that they would be there in an hour. Sure enough Nick and Ryan arrived when they said they would. I explained the issue to them and they asked about our plumbing and layout. They determined they wouldn't use hydro-jetting as it could create flooding from the drain in our basement. They worked several hours fixing the problem and were very informative about what they were doing and why. In the end they fixed the problem.
