We had a random water problem that happened 2 days before Christmas. Gibsons was able to be there within a few hours. Our technician was Jason M. He was polite, knowledgeable, wore shoe covers (I hate having shoes worn in the house, so this was important to me), and seemed pretty thorough. Best of all he wasn't trying to cause problems where there were none. In other words, he thought, based on his years of experience, that watching the problem (to see if it really was a problem) was the best course of action rather than drilling a hole in our ceiling. More than a week later and his hypothesis seems to be holding true. It was nice to be able to have someone come out when we needed a quick assessment. It was even nicer that no extra work (i.e., $$ charges) was done when it wasn't necessary. Based on this experience with Jason M., I would definitely recommend Gibson's to others. (Why not a 5 star then? Well, in a case like this I would prefer to have several positive experiences from a company like this before bestowing the highest possible rating to insure a consistent wonderful experience. Additionally, I usually reserve 5 stars for something that goes far and away, above and beyond, which I would not expect to happen during every visit.)

They took weeks longer than it should have, they were no-shows numerous times with no communication, always had excuses when things went wrong and never took accountability for things. They left before I got home and upon my inspection of the work, I found a leaking vanity faucet and when I tried to test the shower, the tub spout blew right off the shower wall.
