We needed to replace our furnace/AC system and got quotes from several companies including Gibson…read more All three quotes were for the exact same equipment and all were within ~$500 of each other ($15-16K). We requested an upgraded system with higher efficiency which cost more than the cheapest system because energy efficiency is important to us. Dave was on time for his appointment, organized and thorough in looking over our existing system and the layout of our home, vents and returns. He also suggested we increase the size of our AC even before I mentioned that on really hot summer days it would get up to 80* with the AC constantly running. He matched one aspect of another company's offer. He explained his proposal welll and we ultimately went with Gibson. The installers were very efficient and thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure I was connected via the manufacturer's app and that I understood how to operate the system. Dave and the two installers displayed professionalism throughout.

So we had them finish the electrical work on the inside of our home. As you can see by the pictures…read morethey caused damages to my walls. They took down the paneling in one bedroom and put it up completely crooked and made holes in the drywall of the other bedroom. We also had them upgrade our electrical service in our home. They ran a 100 AMP service to our garage and tore up my landscaping and fencing around our deck. This work was finished on 3/9/2023. We asked for the owner to reach out to us because something that we spoke to him about was not finished. The owner never called, so we went on vacation and was going to touch base when we got back. On Monday 03/13/2023 Christine called and demanded payment and told my husband that if payment wasn't fulfilled that day she would turn us over to the sheriff's department. First of all the work was not finished that we discussed and the job was not adequately cleaned up and put back the way you found it. We paid the bill due to being threatened but now they will not return our messages about fixing what they broke. I would not recommend them.

When they came over, the owner and his apprentice, they were completely knowledgeable, professional, and were able to assess the situation and fix it with no problem. They were both unpretentious. Everything about their operation was completely professional, including the booties they put on before entering my home. Upon assessing the situation, one man took one job, and the other man took the other. they were both completed and out of my house and under an hour. What I got charged was significantly less than what I got quoted. I would highly recommend calling pro flow, plumbing solutions for all of your home plumbing needs. They were probably the sixth plumbing company I called and even though I had no water in my house the other companies could not get in and fix the problem until next week. That is unacceptable if you don't have water that is a priority. Nick understood that and was quick to come over and fix the problem. on a personal note, I am not an easy guy to deal with. I do everything that a tradesman hopes a customer would not do. I stood there and looked over their shoulder the whole time and they were very polite and answered all my questions--we even made jokes and laughed together.
