I was pleasantly surprised to learn that his quotation for the necessary work was substantially lower than both of the estimates I had received earlier. This combination of clear communication and a much more competitive price instilled confidence in his services, leading me to choose Innova Home to resolve my plumbing issues. Tony also helped me navigate the process with the insurance company, as I ended up needing to replace my floors. I decided to replace my cabinets as well since they had reached the end of their lifespan, and once again, Tony provided an excellent quote. As the job progressed, we had numerous conversations, and I asked if he could paint my cabinets in the living room or add wall paneling. He never hesitated to say yes, and we did a few change orders along the way. The crew was fantastic to work with and always left the job site clean. When the process was completed, I was stunned by the results--it looked like a new home, and I finally felt like it was truly mine. While the shower is usable, the quality of work in the shower is sub par aesthetically and very mediocre. The repairs now seem expensive ($3600) in hindsight for the quality of work completed. The owner of Innova homes Tony is a terrible communicator with no follow through and he took my mother's money before completing a final step she requested on the shower door. Tony reported that he would order the part in question and follow up with her ASAP to install it. This was the end of Feb/early March and here we are now coming into August and he has only made empty promises that have yet to be delivered on. We should've known better when we learned that the person who recommended him was not a licensed architect or design business as reported. Tough lessons learned! Buyer beware on using either or both of these businesses!

I would give no stars, if this system allowed it. Here is an outline of issues: 1. They showed up to do the work without an appointment. 2. I was told by the sales rep that he would supervise the installation. He did not come. 3. The posts were supposed to be 6' apart. They were placed 10' apart. 4. Another fence company who later extended the fence said that the posts were thin, not as sturdy as the ones used for the extension. 5. The fence does not go to the ground. There is a 4" gap for the majority of the fence. 6. The fence initially did not past inspection by the city. The final product didn't match the dimensions on the permit application. The city e-mailed the owner who did not respond until I had the city e-mail for a second time. 7. Finally, the fence veers to the left. I found out from a new property survey that the end of the fence exposes approximately 2.5' of my property. I was told by the fencer that there was a 3" exposure due to pulling back from concrete. The best thing I can say is that the fence is still erect, that it seems to be in place and hasn't bent. Nevertheless, it's a piece of junk.

Highlights: Don Bybee construction wasted 5 months of our lives while we lived in a hotel. Keep in mind, an employee of USAA came out, and said it had to be re-done from the ground up. USAA is not in the habit of spending money, so you can imagine how bad the work was. We had to have our new cabinets ripped out, our walls re-textured from the floor up to the ceiling...we had to start from scratch, after I complained week after week for 5 months about the lack of progress and poor workmanship. At this point, USAA fired Don Bybee construction from our job-site and said they would 're-train' Ryan and Co., but USAA also drug their feet for one (1) year to approve the new funding for the re-re-construction of our home. In all, we spent 1 1/2 years living in a hotel, and mostly we have Don Bybee construction to thank. I could not believe my eyes when I saw they were still in business!
