Worst HOA management company ever! Very unprofessional, they don't DO anything accept drain your bank account! Then when you cancel they give all documentation back to you a complete mess and allow your accounts to go into default!!! Do not use them! read more

Vanessa Higgins and Access Management Group are totally awesome! Great service, always helpful, I love it when I see that they will be the HOA management group on a contract I am preclosing for the law firm where I work. Vanessa is so on top of things and responsive. She makes a precloser's life much easier! read more

My neighborhood is managed by the Roswell Access Management Group. I have been fortunate enough to deal with Denise Griffith since 2010. I have often thought that if ANY other company I deal with offered a modicum of the amazingly great service that Denise offers, my life would be SO much easier. I am never dealing with a faceless company, but always with an individual who consistently shows professionalism and almost immediate responses. I have NEVER asked her for assistance where she did not find the answer for me. For assisting me whenever I need the clubhouse, to assisting me with questions about my homeowner dues, to replacing a mailbox (and the list goes on), I give you my sincere thanks. THANK YOU!! read more

Absolutely never ever use this company for your community. I have had to deal with them for over 2 years (as a board member for my HOA) and they are the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. We have had security lights out in our complex for over a month and sent more than 5 emails requesting them to be fixed and they still are not fixed. We requested our FHA approval be renewed and we were told they were working on the paperwork and it would be handled. They never renewed it and it expired. We had vendors come to our property numerous times to complete work and because the manager never notified the community cars weren't moved, keys weren't made available, owners weren't home and vendors would just have to pack up and leave. I personally had a company call me at work to complain that our manager was not answering any calls and emails. They take no accountability for their complete lack of competency and my best advice is RUN, as fast as you can, away from them because you will regret hiring them. The upper management is a property manager who we fired for being the worst possible manager. What company promotes someone who is fired by a community and had complaints by numerous other communities they managed???? I deal with a lot of crap being on a board for an HOA but honestly the worst experiences I have had in 4 years of doing this were ALL from my experiences with Access. DO NOT HIRE THEM. read more

Our community Blackberry Ridge has been with Access Management for several years now. As one of the Board Members I am in constant communication with Lee Jackson at Access, the frequency of communication varies depending on the issues or problems arise. I have always found Lee efficient and timely in his responses and I have always found him diligent and considerate to work with. He replies to most of my correspondence almost immediately and given that he has many communities to work with I am very grateful for his prompt responses. read more

Terribly bad management company I own a rental property in Strawbridge community which is managed by this HOA. 1) On 12/18/2016, I sent mail to them requesting them for 2017 HOA payment and requesting them to update the mailing address on file. They neither updated the address nor they sent the payment details 2) On 10/13/2017, I again followed up and sent them mail again asking them to update the address -- Again no payment details, and 2nd time they failed to update the address 3) On 10/31/2017, followed up with them again, requesting payment amount -- Again no payment amount from them. 4) And now I rcvd. the letter from court, I owe them $400 + about $2000 in court and attorney fee 5) Their attorney had completely wrong statements. HOA is billing me FULL year 2016. I purchased this property on 05/11/2016 and paid FULL HOA amount on closing. Why are they billing me again? 6) Year 2017, HOA is billing me for $350, where as the HOA fee for this subdivision is $150. Do I need to say more read more

Bob Leftwich is a true professional who always responds back to me with any questions or concerns I have with our HOA for Kingsgate subdivision. Since I am a new "Georgia Peach" and just recently moved here this past fall from Texas, we never had an HOA in our subdivision. Sure wish we did, as it is well worth the money to have someone overseeing your property values. Many times we had people who could care less if their lawns were kept up, or had dogs barking all night long. Also, having teens strolling the neighborhoods in terrible times of the early morning! I for one am so glad I moved here and feel very safe and like the communication I have with Access Management because of Bob's professionalism and friendly mannerisms! read more

We have seen several HOA management groups and managers in the short time we've been here. Access Management is the latest and Meg Baer is our current manager. Honestly, her passion and aplomb are the best I've had the pleasure to work with. Our association may or may not the easiest set of people to deal with, but she handles everything responsibly and professionally. Thank you! read more

Access Management Group manages our condominium community, Roswell Pointe in Roswell, GA. We recently had to have our HOA President call on them do some repairs in our unit. They were quick to respond and sent a young man named Alex to do the work the following day. Although it took a few days to complete the repairs, the excellent communication with Jessica, who works in the office, was very much appreciated. Alex was very competent, professional and thorough and we were extremely pleased with his excellent work. read more

I have been dealing with Dave from access management. It has been over a year. Still the issue of inforceing our hoa rules has not been resolved. We're not supposed to allow commercial trucks to be parked in our hoa. This is clearly spelled out in our rules and regulations. Still this is not being taken seriously by Dave Lyons. read more

Unresponsive to emails. Do not call residents back. Charges exorbitant fees for anything you need. They really don't serve as a partner to residents at all. Stay away if you can! read more

Worst management company I have ever dealt with. Winding River Village HOA fees were double most in the area with no real amenities at 359.00 a month. Trash service was that you take your trash to the dumpster. No pool, exercise room, security, nothing. Took months to get a carport fixed that was actively collapsing and was a danger to 6 units fixed. I emailed our lighting in the community had been out for months and did not get a return email for 3 weeks. They said by the end of the week the lighting would be done -- we sold our unit two months later and the lighting was still out! The company Access uses for managing water utility billing is just on par with Access. I sold my home and still get final bills for the final water bill --that was paid in September. The water utility company, One Point, is still billing us for use long after we removed ourselves from the billing. I guess they will not be getting the water paid for the unit until they bill the proper person; aka the new owner. The process is to notify Access of the disconnect and they take care of it. I not only notified but had to email over a month later and my law firm sent copies of pay off and cashed check. Well after one week of notification of that -- I still have an account for water and am still racking up charges. After living here for 2.5 years, I steered clear of any new home purchase that used Access. Horrible! read more

Carrie at Access Management is a total disgrace to the company . The management company also does not back up the HOA in claims that the employee ( Carrie ) is incompetent and not doing her job . She never once wrote up anyone in 6mnths knowing there were clear violations . She was emailed many and even given photos but did nothing . She paid higher bids on landscaping costing the HOA more money because she was too lazy to call for better pricing . Do not use this company you might as well give your money away to the homeless . read more

First neighborhood that I had lived in with HOA and AMG is our management company. I don't have any complaints. Lee Jackson is our property manager, he is always quick to respond anytime I reach out to him. His experience that he brings to the table with him lightens the load on the HOA Board which is a blessing. One thing I love about Lee is that he tells us like it is, no smoke or mirrors.... read more

AMG has managed our Community for a number of years. I would describe the AMG as trustworthy, responsive, professional and resourceful. I live in a golf community in Towne Lake called Eagle Watch. I never dreamed when we bought a home here that the management would be so useless. I've emailed, met with, and texted with photos of many violations just in my immediate area to no avail. We have been here 7.5 years and had we known ahead of time the terrible management practices, we would not have bought here. Kenneth Hair seems to be annoyed when a resident brings violations to his attention. He promises to do "something" which turns out to be "nothing". IF he sends letters to owners he never follows up to see if the problem has been remedied. Do not hire this management company. They are worthless!! read more

Access Management Group is the management company for a condominium property I own in Atlanta, Georgia. I have had extensive experience in condominium ownership, and presently own 3 condominiums and one townhouse, all being served by an HOA employing a management company to oversee day-to-day operations. I would place Access Management Group in the top tier of companies with whom I have had dealings. This particular condominium (Georgetown of Atlanta) is an older property, built in the 1950's and comes with many of the complexities that a property of this vintage would be expected to have, such as old cast iron plumbing, landscaping that is approaching end-of-life,and a physical plant that requires constant updating. In addition, this is a very large development with over 200 units, so it requires an onsite Property Manger dedicated solely to the development. One simply has to look at the property to know that it is well maintained and well run. The property Manager, Melissa Cuylear, is a responsive, dedicated, and most of all a competent manager whose professional demeanor and "can-do" approach is refreshing. I have had multiple issues with the infrastructure of this older unit, and Ms. Cuylear has attended to them in every way possible. In some cases, the issues involve neighboring owners, and she has skillfully interceded in several delicate situations. She is results oriented, and will do everything in her power to seek a resolution to problems that occur. As a Property Manger myself, I can speak from extensive experience on this subject. For a property of this size and vintage, it is exceptionally well run and maintained. In addition, Access Management has a division that will provide home project services and referrals, which I have recently used to make a repair. This is especially useful when a need arises for small repairs and installations. As property managers, Access Management has done an excellent job for Georgetown of Atlanta Condominiums. read more

This is a horrible company. Non-responsive. Our HOA is tuck using this company handled by Dave Lyons. Request for modification are sent and no response over 45 days. Multiple complains by the home owners. VERY UNRESPONSIVE. This company is definitely not deserving our business as they are not doing their job. read more

I was quite surprised by the reviews for AMG having been involved with them as a homeowner and HOA board member at two subdivisions (Windsor Court and Stanton Court) since 2001. My most recent experience is with Lindsey Malone our Senior Property Manager. I can say that my personal experience and I echo this for our board as well is absolutely positive. Having been on two boards I hear complaints about property management all the time. The reality is that property management firms are blamed and criticized for issues out of their control. Property management companies do not resolve issues between neighbors, they cannot make someone turn their music down, they cannot come come out and re-mow your lawn before a party or fix your roof leak. If we have an issue it is addressed professionally and in a timely manner. Lindsey attends our board meetings and is in constant contact with members of our board and homeowners daily. They bear the brunt of complaints similar to the police who write tickets as they issue warnings to homeowners who operate out of bounds of the covenants. No one likes to get a warning letter. Working with a property management company is a partnership requiring work from both the HOA board and the property management company. read more

I work with our Community Manager on a weekly basis and I find her very easy to work with. She consistently produces high quality results.

As a Life Safety Consultant, I help many management companies get a handle on their fire alarm, sprinkler and extinguisher inspection services and maintenance. I have been on the Board of my association for 11 years, as President the past 4. We have a policy for our property manager, phone calls and/or emails are to be returned within 24 hours. I have been trying to get in touch with a property manager, via email and voice mail, since April 3, with NO RESPONSE. This would NOT be tolerated at our Association. read more

I typically never write reviews but this company is complete trash. Terrible customer service and completely useless employees. I've been emailing them for over a month and half trying to get a key fob for pool access to the neighborhood I live in. Well they 'mailed it' and it been 2 weeks and guess what I still don't have it. Now normally this wouldn't be an issue because other people will let you into the pool but they also hire dumbfuck lifeguards who have absolutely no sense and kick people out for not having a key fob. I drove there today and they still were absolutely useless. The woman at the front desk pretty much implied that my only option is to wait for the moron in charge of my subdivision to do his job and if it takes longer than the summer lasts than oh well. read more

I can't speak for the entire Access Management organization, but the property manager I had the misfortune of enduring while living at Peachtree Place, Peggy Norris, was a perfect storm of incompetence, inconsideration, and unpleasantness. Not once was she helpful in providing information, and her enforcement of HOA rules was sporadic and clearly focused on individuals and lifestyles she did not personally like. What would otherwise be a pleasant place to live became unbearable as a result of the unlikable and inept property manager. Access Management would we wise to relieve Peggy Norris of her position, Peachtree Place would certainly be better off. read more

Horrible customer service. Emails and phone calls never returned. I would strongly advise using this company!

We changed Property Management Groups last year. The transition was not smooth, but over time the records were updated and our manager, Lee Jackson, has learned about the community. Do they do everything right? No. But my measure is how they respond when something is not handled correctly. We are a complicated community with a lot of uniqueness and restrictions, more services than normal for the individual homeowners, and a few homeowners with unrealistic expectations. When we ask for something, Lee responds, and when we request something to be handled in a certain way, Lee tries to follow through with our direction. A Property Management firm is more successful for the community when the Board, homeowners, and manager work together and openly communicate to resolve differences. If the expectation is the Board skips the details and expects the Property Management firm to take care of everything, you will be disappointed. If you work together and understand their job is not to take care of every single issue, then you will be more satisfied. Perfect - No. Improving over time - Yes. Better than our previous service - Yes. Will we continue to use them - Yes! read more

They don't send statements with balances (if there is a balance). I was being fined for renting my house for months on end (I never rented the house out - they had bad information). I NEVER saw a statement with a balance, otherwise I would have known. They like to keep it a secret so any charges keep ramping up. I was contacted by an attorney for a huge balance, that's when I found out. I can't stand dealing with them on ANY matter. read more

I never write reviews but this company deserves a negative review. I wish I could rate this sub-par company with zero stars. The people who work for this company are absolutely incompetent and a nightmare to work with. The compliance manager is especially unhelpful and is a huge fail at his job. In our email communication, he literally responded to one of my complaints with "Whatever". I am tempted to name the individual and post his responses to my inquiries here but that just seems like something he would do himself due to the fact that he is unprofessional and incompetent. This company takes our money and does not follow through with its management responsibilities. The bushes in my front yard have not been trimmed in 6 months and I've received multiple false compliance violations in the mail. There are never ending issue with access to the HOA "common area" and the property in our neighborhood is not maintained properly. I completely agree with, "I'd be better off throwing my money in a dumpster fire." If you are an HOA looking for a management company, run away from these people. read more

Foxcroft Homeowners Association located in Morrow, Georgia since 2002 Access Management Group has been serving our community of 80 homes. They have an awesome team of professional Community Association Manages.Working with Andrea Haywood and Derek Fauntlory has been a pleasure. We have had challenges but because of their patience we now have one of the most awesome communities in Morrow. They immediately follow through and resolve issues. The relationship with them is very close. There is really nothing we as a board has asked of them not resolve. We would recommend them to other division any time. We work very well together. If one person is not available the other steps up and is knowledge of the situation. Thanks to both of them we have a beautiful community, property management Association.
