So much respect for doctors and practices that try their best to stay on time and respect your time as well. All of the staff are friendly, they do a great job explaining what to expect, and it's no frills billing that you pay during your appointment time. Aside from my routine eye exams, Dr. Fripps has excellent chair side manner and holds space for you to address any questions or concerns you may have with your eyes. Then not only does she make recommendations, but also tries to give 2-3 recommendations in varying price points and locations (online vs retail) for whatever budget you may be hoping to stay within. This is one of those places you almost wish you visit more than once a year or so, but it's a welcoming practice and she remembers little details about you even though visits are infrequent. Dr Singh jumped right in to find what caused the blindness in my one eye, and he prevented me from going blind in my good eye. Dr Singh makes you feel confident leaving all your ophthalmology care to him!! He always has your back! I had to have a few injections directly into the scelera of my eye, and I was thinking I'd faint dead away but I never even felt the needle one bit! It was a breeze! I needed a copy of my bill in order to get the reimbursement from Acuvue for purchasing contacts and the receptionist promptly emailed me a copy. According to his website, Dr. Wong is now full time at his Fredericksburg office. Northern Virginia is missing out!

The day before the appointment they called and were snippy because I did not fill out the paperwork and was told btw that they did not take my insurance. It is only an eye exam-- I pay less for a hair appointment or cute shoes. I would have gladly paid out of pocket but didn't want to deal with the crusty wench up front.
