After an hour of being on hold, I was connected with someone who told me to restart my router- even though my building does NOT have physical routers as our wifi comes with our building. She then told me she was from the SALES team and would connect me with someone from the tech team. After being on hold for over an hour, I was connected with someone else from the sales team?! Luckily, Bernadette was initially from the tech support team and was able to actually do something and restart my router from her end. Thank god for Bernadette or I would have thrown my phone over my balcony. Although in the end, there is nothing you can do besides restarting your router. Bai Connect/Zentro is the WORST, DO NOT GET THIS PROVIDER. I can guarantee all these 5 star reviews are FAKE from people in their company. This internet provider is a SCAM. At least At&T or Spectrum has actual people able to help you or send technicians. I would NEVER get this internet service again.
