This was the 2nd time Sara and Torrence had cleaned for us. Not sure how the first time went. This time, I found that the fireplace and glass were not cleaned. When I pulled out the sofa bed mattress, I found glitter stars and kids' stickers. A package of cookies was left on the bookshelf. Both bathtubs were not cleaned, the floors were not cleaned, the TV screen had a child's fingerprints all over it, the coffee table had visible dirt on the top, the pan for convection oven was dirty, and food was left in the fridge, pantry and freezer. Boxes for alcoholic beverages were left on balcony along with the broom, a cigar was left wedged in the balcony railing and a putter and ball from the resort mini putt course were left leaning against wall outside our door. Not as serious: several kitchen items were not put in their place despite us having a binder with images of where everything goes and a video was texted to the cleaner for this purpose as well. I texted and spoke to Sara, who wanted to come over and make thing right, but I could not afford the time, and did not want to take another chance. I needed the condo to be spotless. Sara suggested a partial refund, which I agreed to, and that was the last I heard from Sara. I texted one more time to remind her that this was my preference - no answer, no partial refund.

I am writing this review to warn anyone and everyone who is considering calling Jack and Jill On Demand for any reason that you are putting your repairs or needs in the hands of unqualified individuals. They are not professionals. They masquerade online as if they are licensed professionals who can handle everything that you need, but the reality is be far from that. I spent months working with Sara, the owner of Jack and Jill On Demand, on building a website for her business and doing search engine optimization for her. During this time we also worked on detailed plans to expand her business and I was a sound board/consultant for any and every idea she had. Needless to say, countless hours of my own time went into her business. In the end I parted ways with this company because Sara, the owner, refused to reimburse me for the time, energy and money I put into this company. Beyond that, she slandered me and was incredibly disrespectful to me. I put a lot of love into this company and it is sad to me that what I received in return was not only disrespect, but then to have all of my work stolen from me. Needless to say, I have insider experience with the owner and employees as well as firsthand experiences to how they operate when they are not in front of a client. Also, as an aside, Jack and Jill did not win "Best of Bend" ever. The highest they ever placed was 3rd place in one category. There are many categories and they did not place first in any of them. Google it and find out for yourself. In conclusion, if you want real Licensed, Bonded and insured contractors, look elsewhere. Jack and Jill On Demand says "yes" to everything because they want your money and that's all they care about. They do not care about you or looking out for you or your hard earned time and property. At best, they are professional con artists. You can believe or not, choice is yours. You have been warned.
