If I could give a zero I would. This starts with me reserving tables and chairs for my wedding months before hand my deposit on chairs and tables for 75 people, was 368.00 an extra $6 for a card fee because they wanted me to send cash in the mail to pay that way and I wasn't about to do that so I drive to the address an older home with a train car in the backyard this should have been my first red flag. Who charges that much to use a card now anyways? And no office ? Are you kidding me so then 3 weeks before my wedding I'm trying to find out how much I still owe and she proceeds to tell me after the 4th email I sent that because of graduation weekend they have to change my order no big deal rectangle and round tables when I wanted just round then I owe another 227.00 another $6 card fee no big deal again then one week before I try to cancel the order because it's supposed to rain and I made other arrangements the contract i sign says nothing about cancellations but she tells me she will give me $50 back? Ummm out of almost $500 ? I don't think so so then she sticks her husband on me saying he will sue me and they don't owe us more than $50 so I get my husband involved, this man threatens law enforcement on us because we turned this into our bank and they sided with us he shows up at my husbands work not once not twice but three times harassment at this point and leaving long drawn out voicemails of threats and saying unnecessary things. Horrible service. Took multiple emails and calls to get an estimate, finally put an order together and less than a week before our wedding they said they don't have the tables we ordered but could give different ones for more money, we canceled with them and after paying them around $560 I disputed the transaction and the scumbag white trash husband harassed me at my work, constantly left 4-5 minute voicemails threatening me and saying he will turn me into police for fraud. They provided no service for us and refused to refund any of the money. We have email trails, and voicemails, he did refund $210 but they kept almost $350. They are the biggest nightmare. They have no policy for cancellations. Their paperwork is broken and they are the thieves!! See you in court scumbags!!! read more

Great services and prompt response. We needed chairs for our preschool graduation and we ordered them. We also needed a microphone for the graduation when our microphone stopped working. Not only did Mike( the forman) bring us the chairs early, but when he found out our microphone wasn't working he went back to the warehouse to get us one of Bend Party Rental's microphones. Now that's what I call SERVICE! Their office lady then called us back after our graduation to make sure that the chairs were fine and that the microphone worked. I can't say enough about Bend Party Rentals. No wonder they are the number one party rental company in Central Oregon! read more

I needed chair and table rentals a few weeks ago for a winter party we had and these people were easy to work with. The rentals were all clean and they helped me figure out seating and linen sizing. I called several times to change my numbers and it was never a problem. They let me have flexibility with the delivery times too. Then, last minute, I decided to add a tent rental or canopy to the order and they pulled through for me - even in the icy snow conditions. We had heaters blasting, lights, and tables and chairs.
