We mostly needed help with day of coordination, but Britt did so much more than that! She met with us several times to guide us through the process and make sure all the boxes were getting checked, and was always available and responsive when I asked questions (even via text, in the middle of the day). I was looking for a lovely flower arrangement for our church on Sunday in remembrance of my mother…read more We lost her way too soon and this would have been her birthday. I was so disappointed when I arrived to pick it up. It was much shorter than pictured and not much yellow. The gal that helped me was nice enough and tried adding a couple other items to add some height, but just not what I'd ordered or expected. I had heard such great things about this place. I should have turned and walked out when I placed my order. The store was dark and depressing inside. No lovely flower displayes. No catalog to choose an arrangement from. I finally had to look online to show the gal what I wanted. After comizerating over it, I finally ended up going to Safeway and picked up 2 lovely bouquets (less than $30). I removed the brown roses and added everything from the 2 bouquets. It was now something I won't be embraced to display in honor of my mother.
