Welp, guess what, Wellness Wag told me they would get back to me within one day and move forward with the refund/cancellation. Nope, never heard back from them. I tried calling and emailing them daily, for the next week. Nothing. They took my money and ran. If you're going to make a purchase with them, be prepared, they will not talk with you or help you in anyway. They're only after your money and don't give a fuck about you as a customer. I suppose I made the mistake of making the purchase, but dang, for some reason I thought they'd be a good company willing to help their customers. Wrong. Unfortunately they're corrupt. I will never be using their services again. Lesson learned on my part. Never trust any company no matter how nice they seem. Wellness Wag is simply a money grubbing company making money off of fools. For any true emergency as surgeries followed by pertinent treatments/in-patient stays that can't wait, you will be throwing money away even with backup from cards as Care Credit which don't offer as many thousands as required at the clinic, right on the spot. If vets had a different perspective on the way they look at their patients and at treatments needed with urgency, this type of insurance would surely work.
