We are in Sonoma Valley, high fire area. No one seemed to want to help us. Rob took the time out of a VERY busy day to help us get CA FAIR Plan coverage as well as additional Farmers HO coverage. He was responsive like NO other agents I called, and asked pertinent questions to customize our coverage. Nobody else did this: all cookie cutter quotes.
